After having a set of cheap Chinese headphones for a couple of years my son wanted a new set that were more comfortable and better sound quality, I have always been a big JBL fan and these headphones did not disappoint!Don’t be out of by the packaging, as there is a 3 or 4 year old on the front, these are great right up to early teens, and are priced very well.Also the volume is restricted, but no so that you can enjoy the music ðµ ð¶

I wasn’t expecting miracles from these but I was extremely pleasantly surprised when I popped them on my head for a sound check. I own multiple £100+ reference headphones and I can say these kiddy JBL cans have amazingly good sound for the money. Generous bass, good mids and suitable treble so as not to cause ear fatigue. The sound stage is obviously lacking somewhat, but overall an excellent job on the balancing, JBL. I’ve owned more expensive adult headphones that sounded worse than these. Minor gripe is I think the safety sound limit is a bit low to overcome any background noise, say in the car, but that’s not they’re fault. Build quality looks pretty robust although time will tell how the swivel ear cups hold up. But saying that, I’d happily buy another pair to replace them if they did break. Also, my daughter loved the blue and pink combo!
