I bought this on the recommendation of my audiologist and I am very pleased with its performance. It is very straightforward to use, which is good because the information leaflet is written in quirky English. Blue lights next to the buttons indicate it is working. If you keep the dryer next to the bed, bear in mind that you will have these lights shining in the darkness while you are sleeping. I particularly like the 5 minute UV sterilisation which should lower the risk of ear infections from the aids. Normally I only need to set the dryer for 2 hours at 40°c, but it is good to know that if needed I can select 8 hours or 50°c. There is plenty of room for bulky hearing aids, but my new ones are quite small so they fit easily inside with lots of space.

Seem to make them work better.
This seems to help maintain the quality of my aids. Saw this here, and thought i had better get something to help maintain them. Easy to use, and aids sound clearer in the morning. I dont think itâs a placebo effect, they genuinely do sound clearer. Minor criticism is the instructions. They are written in he smallest print, and not at all clear why you use the 2 different temperatures. Also instructions say ledâs flash three times. No they dont, itâs all 3 leds flash ONCE. But hey, minors issue. It seems to work, to keep aids in good fettle.

Stylish compact design
This little box is a perfect size to store and sanitizer my hearing aids. The design is compact and pleasing, can not hear any noise from it, I do keep it on the unit opposite my bed and the lights are quite soothing. Got 2 different setting modes and sanitizer mode . Very happy with this and consider it good value for money.

Excellent After Sales Service
I purchased this electronic hearing aid dryer in October 2024, and I was very pleased with it, it did a really good job. However in April 2025 it stopped working so I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a replacement, no questions asked. There after sales service is excellent and I would say that you can buy from this seller with confidence.

Prior to setting up and using an almost identical hearing aid dryer, I decided to take it to the audiologist for approval and advice. This is essentially a 3-in-1 device that can dry, sterilize, and store hearing aids. After the hearing aid checkup, I started asking questions about this type of dryer. FYI, they do sell these dryers where we purchase hearing aid batteries. The audiologist highly approves of this type of advice and made recommendations.For us, she wanted us to sterilize the hearing aids on a daily basis. She verbally went over how to run this machine, but operation is fairly intuitive. I put the hearing aids in the box, pressed the UV sterilizer button and busied myself with other chores. This is a simple five-minute process. The unit doesnât seem to hold a charge for a long time so I plugged it into my AC charger (not included) to use it directly.The box itself is very solid and there are three self-explanatory buttons on the top: Dryer, Temp, and UV. There are directions, but they could be improved upon. One thing I would have liked would be a latch that would have kept the cover closed tight. Not important, but just a thought.
