I bought the wireless rechargeable mouse for it’s sleek low profile but unfortunately, a few months later the middle wheel gave up the ghost. Upon contacting Tecknet customer support I was asked to test the mouse on another device to confirm the fault. On confirmation, Tecknet offered to replace the device immediately but by this time I wanted to try something else. So I suggested a discount on another Technet model. To my delight, they offered to replace my faulty device with the alternative device I was interested in. Within a couple of days, I had my new mouse, which I’m so delighted with, that I’m considering buying a spare to put away.

Reasonable, if bought with the discount
Priced at just about £10, this met my requirement of USB-C rechargeable and connecting by Bluetooth (although a 2.4Ghz radio dongle is also supplied).The mouse is extremely low profile, so works OK as a travel mouse – however it doesn’t register on glass table tops as found in some hotels.The buttons are indeed silent, however that means there’s no ‘feel’ to the buttons so this would be hopeless for gaming.Only recommended if you can cope with a very low profile mouse.

Good, but stops working after a while
The scroll functionality stops working after about 6 months of use. But worked great prior to that, very smooth and silent scrolling.Edit: the company reached out to me to offer me a replacement or a giftcard. so although I only fave 2 stars for the product, I understand that defects can always happen, so 5 starts for the amazing customer service. Top job.

The mouse is silent and fits where ever it is needed however there is one major flaw.
This mouse worked great and as advertised, was silent. I was surprised on how silent in fact as the mouse made so little noise when I applied a large amount of pleasure to it. Furthermore, the mouse is sleek and ergonomic. That along with it’s disproportionate length to width allowed me to use it completely comfortably with little strain on my hand afterwards. There is, however, one huge flaw. The middle mouse button is highly ‘tactile’ and makes a lot of noise which makes the silent part questionable. Of course, you don’t fully need the middle mouse button in most situations but for someone who uses the computer a lot, it’s a necessity. This loud noise as well as the more than needed amount of pressure needed to apply on the mouse isn’t the biggest issue with the mouse. After a few months of use, I tried to use the middle mouse button but realised it wasn’t pressing. I naturally applied more pressure but received the same force as I applied which told me the button was completely stuck as even with debris and dirt, applying large forces to it can allow for some movement at times. This time, it was not the case. I opened the mouse up to investigate only for me to find out the middle mouse button was made strangely as a piece of plastic in a cylindrical shape was glued onto the button and as it was glued, overtime it wore off and the piece eventually just broke. The issue with this was since the plastic piece was very small, gluing it back on proved to be a difficult task. I did a half measured job which was the best I could do and after reassembling the mouse, I discovered that although the button did work, it wasn’t the same as before and after a few more weeks, broke again to which point I gave up. Overall however, the mouse works as intended and made life so much easier with it’s two modes of Bluetooth and usb wireless, easy charging (although it would be nice to use it while it’s charging) and decent battery health!I would highly recommend this mouse and I’m sure the engineers are working to fix any issues found within the mouse!

Good at First, but Developed Clicking Noise Over Time
At first, this mouse worked beautifully â it was quiet, smooth, and very comfortable to use. It felt like the perfect solution for working in a shared or quiet environment.However, after just a couple of months, the main buttons started making noticeable clicking sounds. It lost that “silent click” feature that made it stand out in the beginning, which was disappointing.Pros:Comfortable, ergonomic designSmooth and responsive trackingRechargeable battery with solid lifeCons:Became noisy over timeDurability of the âsilentâ feature is questionableConclusion:Itâs a good mouse with solid features, but if youâre buying it specifically for silent clicking, be aware that the quiet performance might not last. A decent option, but not ideal for long-term noise-sensitive use.

Couldn’t get hold of support when the device stopped working
Initially the item was excellent buy the tracker ball stopped working after less than a month. I have tried to request a replacement but cannot get any response from the link to the company. Disappointed as the item seems good quality to begin with. Perhaps I got a dud shame I cannot get a replacement.

Design moderno ed elegante. Il mouse utilizza sia il Bluetooth che una connessione USB, grazie al mini ricevitore incluso nella confezione. Questa duplice modalità di connessione rende il mouse estremamente flessibile e adatto a vari tipi di dispositivi, tra cui laptop, PC. Dimensione compatta, leggero, scorre bene.

Souris Tecknet grise sans fil reçue le 22 Avril 2023 :- utilisée quasi exclusivement avec le dongle, testée en bluetooth et reconnue sans aucun problème par mon pc portable sous Windows 11 et un pc sous windows 7.- ultra silencieuse malgré certains avis à ce sujet !!! Précise (DPI d’origine utilisé par défaut – 1200 DPI), me convient très bien, tests des 4DPI différents proposés, s’adapte bien à mon tapis de souris assez particulier et rugueux.- même si elle semble relativement fragile, notamment lors de l’ouverture du capot pour la recharge, aucun problème pour l’instant avec la molette à crans légers ni avec clic droit/gauche (elle est tombée au moins une dizaine de fois, s’est ouverte, toujours ok).- en ce qui concerne la recharge : en effet, ouvrir le capot afin de pouvoir la recharger (non utilisable durant la recharge) peut sembler inadapté. Il faut juste pouvoir s’arranger pour la recharger la nuit (c’est ok sur une prise classique de recharge de téléphone portable), comme de nombreux objets de la vie courante (rasoir électrique, brosse à dents électrique,montre connectée etc…). Fini donc l’utilisation de piles (pour de nombreux objets domestiques dans mon cas).- excellente autonomie : 3ème recharge cette semaine depuis réception avec une utilisation quotidienne de plus de 8 heures, sans l’éteindre la nuit.- quelques jours ont été nécessaires pour m’adapter à son ergonomie très fine comparée à une souris “classique” et aux clics droit/gauche plats incorporés sur le capot.- LEDs de couleurs différentes suivant l’utilisation du dongle ou en bluetooth.Très satisfait de cet achat, aucun problème rencontré pour ma part durant ces trois premiers mois.Sans oublier les 36mois de garantie.Je recommande absolument et sans aucune hésitation ce produit !
