Excellent for the first few days of breastfeeding
I found these really comforting in the first few days of breastfeeding. Itâs great to have them on hand to pop on and soothe those sore nipples. My lactation consultant recommended coconut oil after each feed – which I have now switched to – but for the early days the cooling sensation of these pads were hard to beat. They last 72 hours so I found it useful to keep their covers close by to keep them moist whilst I fed. I had them ready to go in my hospital bag and was very grateful for that!

Saved my nips
In the early days of breastfeeding my nipples were really sore and even cracked and these were a godsend. Ended up that my son was tongue tied which I think made the latch bad but I ordered these multiple times as they were the only thing that gave me some relief!

Lovely and cooling
Iâve had real issues breast feeding and pumping a lot on top of that, so nipples have been super sensitive and raw. These are great – I find them more comfortable than the silver cups which can dig in especially if I wear them overnight. These are lovely and cooling and also stay put. Definitely amazing if you keep them in the fridge. They are pricey but Iâll try anything at this rate!

Fine quality, well packaged, Didn’t work for me
The cooling effect only lasted a short amount of time, warm breast area warms them up quite quickly. So very expensive for minimal reward.
