How to record in high-definition?
Confirm that “Resolution” in the Setup menu is set properly. With video resolution UHD 2880*2160 24fps, ORDRO camcorder can record extremely high quality video and capture wonderful moment. Using a tripod (not included) is recommended and in a good light when recording. Be careful not to move the camera when you press the shutter button. AE8 camcorder is recommended for beginners, not for professional! and easy to make vlogging and youtube videos. Note that, with Digital Zoom, enlarging will decrease image quality.
How to watch videos on your TV?
When outputting 1080p or 24p (4K) signal, please use a supplied HDMI cable and then play back the recorded high-definition images, you can enjoy them in high resolution with high quality sound. Connect the HDMI cable to the HDMI OUT jack on this camcorder and to the HDMI input jack on the TV. It is not recommended to playback your recorded videos and images on the camera.

I finally found someone who has a product that does what they say it will. As a paranormal investigating group, we purchased this unit to go with our equipment. We recently got to use it on two investigations and it was everything they said. The IR videos and stills were crisp and clear and the built in audio is a lot more sensitive than other video cameras we have used in the past. We absolutely love this camera. Finally, the battery life is great.We also had a reason to contact customer service for an issue unrelated to the camera itself. Their response was quick and the question not only answered but another case supplied rapidly. These people stand behind their products and we have decided to purchase more of these cameras. Five stars is not enough.

At first I was thrilled with this camera since it is the only one I could find with a 2.2F wide view. However; the 2.7F max zoom isn’t even as zoomed in as a 3.2F camera at full width. This makes the camera only good for wide or panoramic views. After using it one time and reviewing the videos, even at 1080P the resolution and color are really poor under any lighting conditions except for perfect lighting. At night, 10 feet away with a VERY bright light and at 1080P the video was so badly pixelated it was unusable. I was very disappointed. If you need a wide view recorder for daylight, this is for you; but it is poor for anything else. Filling in details Amazon suggests: Battery life is excellent, it is reasonably light weight, color accuracy is poor, the quality and menu system is very good; but the ‘record’ button is too flush with the camera and it’s hard to tell when you start recording with no ‘beep.’

Overall this was a great camera. With a little bit of tuning photos were good, subjects in photos were very clear, lots of settings and night vision IR works great. Small and compact with good power behind it. A few quarrels however theyâre not deal breakers. There is no audio out port only simply mic in, when hooking up to a big screen the camera doesnât show the pictures at their native resolution itâs almost like a screen mirror of the onboard IPS display. Finally the app hadnât worked for me. Other than that so far I received everything and it all seems to work great! Good job on this camera.

This camera is an incredible value for the money. The top handle comes with a built in Allen key to adjust the joints. The handle can also remain on the camera and still be used on a tripod. It also comes with all of the cables you would want. One for audio, one USB to USB, and mini HDMI to HDMI. The light comes with it’s own charging cable as well. The image stabilization feature seems to only be available when using the still photo mode and since I want to use this primarily for video I didn’t test to see how well that feature functions. The night vision works quite well but for this price don’t expect top tier resolution. Don’t expect professional grade but this is quite the versatile little camera and well worth the cost.
