STEPS FOR THE SOLDERING
Clean the soldering parts as well as the iron tip, connected it with power.Adjust its temperature slowly to warm the soldering iron for about 1 minute.Touch the soldering iron tip to the component you want to solder. After a second or two, introduce the solder to the joint area and heated it to flow.Remove the solder first. Then, remove the iron. Make sure the joint remains stationary while it cools.

I thought well. This looks like a bargain and guess what it was is everything you need in this little case. A selection of tips for different jobs. A thermal control to control the temperature. It’s just everything you need in one, No, it’s not a professional item, but it’s more than enough for most people, I saved a car remote control with this. It saved me over £80.00 thumbs will pour around from me Temperature control took some getting used too.

Basic kit but great value for money
Very cheap for the features you get here, can adjust temperature and different tips.Heats up quickly, feels good in my handsThe case is average, and the stand is very basic but risky to use as it’s not sturdy. The solder with flux is a nice additionThe solder remover is quite average but does work.Great for simple soldering tasks.To go with this I’d recommend some flux and a magnifying base with crocodile clips which hold the iron and sponge safely, illuminate and magnify the working area.I’ve used this to repair an expensive light, a section of its wire needed replacing, I soldered the 2 core wire to the old wire and to the circuit board. Fiddly work with heat shrinks but managed on the second attempt to solder without accidentaly heating up the shrink. (Had to use this to remove solder as well to detach the wires for a second attempt).

Great starter kit.
For the price, there is nothing at all wrong with this kit. The soldering iron itself was a little smaller than my old one which just stopped working mid-job, but it was ancient and this new one is temperature adjustable.The items in the kit are reasonably good quality, and a key reason for choosing this one was the included multi-meter. It is really sad that the required 9v battery was not included, but it was stated in the details so was an expected omission. The kit has everything else you could need to get started.All-in-all, a good value kit. at this price, you can’t expect premium quality, but this doesn’t feel cheap and nasty.

A very nice set at a great price enclosed in a handy and very nice case. It welds perfectly, but you need to choose the right temperature of about 250°C. I am very happy with this set. I recommend it 100%
