TEKNET Funky Laptop cooler stand
This is a neat cooling stand with 2 large fans that have 6 speeds and are complemented by having RGB led lights that you can change colours or use without the lights depending on your mood. It comes with a booklet which in my opinion could use a larger font as I found it a little difficult to read even with my spectacles on (a mild inconvenience). The fans are not noisy and I found the gentle hum to be quite relaxing and not at all distracting. There is a USB-A to USB-A lead that connects from your laptop and then to the pad. There is a free USB slot for attaching an accessory such as a mouse. The stand is suitable for laptops from9″ up to 17″ and they will rest happily on the multiple rubber grips built into the unit. The stand is adjustable for multiple angles for your comfort to reduce strain on your wrists.

Great gadget
This is a really great product. High quality. It fits my laptop perfectly. I like the RGB backlighting feature, as well as the ability to control the color and the fans’ speed. Definitely strong and keep my laptop cool. The price is awesome too compared with other brands with the same features. I definitely recommend this product for the average laptop user.

Decent but absolutely not silent as some reviews suggest!
The sound of the fans is not great, its not that they are extremely loud but they are whirry noise is very noticeable and annoying, even when my laptop is a fill blast they can be heard over the laptop fans. Not impressed.Everything else is good and I like the fact its got multiple elevation options.

Not as powerful as my laptop may need
For the average or fairly new laptop, this would potentially be perfect.However, my 13″ MacBook Pro is 10 years old and may need something a little bit more fan-intense. My Mac works perfectly but heats up quickly and starts to run slightly slower than it’s capable of, hence the need for a cooling tray.I can feel the circulation which naturally works best while elevated and not on a flat surface. It is incredibly quiet, even in its highest setting.Those who say it is too loud, I would say that they have probably received a faulty product and should ask for a replacement. Or, send a video highlighting this as I can’t believe this is true as the one I’ve received can barely be heard; my cat is terrified of fans and the sound they produce, she has sat right next to this with no issue – again, on the highest setting.Unfortunately, though, it doesn’t seem to be cooling down my laptop enough. Given the age of my Mac, it makes sense that I would need something a bit more intense, maybe with more fans. So this particular product, although sufficient, doesn’t quite do the job.Additionally, these products would work great with a secondary, optional, thin flat tray that goes under the legs for when you’re using your laptop on the couch with no surface to lean the legs of the tray onto.I’m ignoring the lights because I don’t care about them and they played no part in the purchasing decision.PROS:- 6 fan settings (6 the highest)- Very quiet; you could sleep with it on- 6 leg levels- Optional laptop support to stop sliding when elevated- Comes with a WARRANTY CARD for 2 years with an additional 6-month warranty extension (you need to register)CONS:- I’d say it’s worth slightly less than I paid; £30… I’d say £20 would suffice- The two fans may not be in the best place for cooling your laptop; take this into consideration- The rubber pads are on the furthest corners of the tray so they are only useful for larger laptops- The rubber pads of the legs easily come off; you may lose them.These CONS are highly dependent on what you’re looking for and what your laptop needs – mine is older, heats up quicker and thus requires more fans with a higher cooling intensity, preferably with an additional thin tray under the leg extensions for lap settings.So, I’ll be in touch with Tecknet to see if they can advise and replace it with a ‘beefier’ product. I’ll update when I’ve experienced the customer service.

Oltre ad essere utile, tiene il pc sollevato , raffredda con le ventole ed ha un simpatico gioco di luci, che si possono spegnere. la velocità delle 2 ventole è regolabile . Ventole sono silenziose.

also da gibts null zu meckern. mal abgesehn von den schönen lichtspielerein ist das teil allgemein sehr stabil….die füsse rutschen nicht weg, laptop sitzt aufgrund dieser “gummipfropfen fest u rutscht nicht….auch nicht bei steilerem winkel (sogar ohne die zusteckbare frontklappe falls man die weg lässt). geräuschpegel normal….da ich eh mit kopfhörer zocke höre ich die lüfter eh nicht. und es passt auch für 17 zoll….dann steht halt der laptop links u rechts bissl über…was ja egal ist. definitiv zu empfehlen.
