Possibly the best portable desk fan in the World
The OCOOPA RotateAir may possibly be the best desk fan I have ever seen or owned. I bought the RotateAir Mini version. You can run it from a permanent, USB-C power feed, or away from power. On battery it runs for 12 hours on the lowest speed, and 6 hours on the fastest. The little display lets you know what speed you have selected, from 1-4. But more importantly, it lets you see the level of remaining battery power, or the charge level when recharging it. On power level 1, this little fan moves an impressive amount of air. You can easily sit a metre away and get a refreshing breeze. The motor is brushless, so should hopefully last for many years. The oscillation is smooth and silent, and swings the fan through a wide arc. The oscillation also has a feature I have never seen on a portable fan before. The fan will ‘park’ the fan blades back to centre when the fan is turned off. So, if you have the fan on, with the blades oscillating. You can turn off the oscillation, and the blades remain at whatever angle you chose. But once you turn the fan off, the blades will return to centre automatically. You do not need to try and switch off the swing feature at the right moment. If Apple made a portable fan, I believe it would look like the OCOOPA RotateAir. The build quality and materials are excellent, plus they make it easy to remove the front grille, to clean the fan blades. Highly recommended.

Great fan
This is a really good addition to my workspace. I had a previous oocopa fan (not this model) which was faulty and they gave me a full refund from which I bought this. It is really good. It has the function of using it handheld (wirelessly) – if you put it on the 3 setting it lasts for hours and hours with good amount of fan power. The 4th setting does seem to drain the battery even though there doesn’t seem to be much more fan power on that setting which would require so much battery. The build quality does seem premium in places and cheaper in places however I do feel that it is quite sturdy. It also has a oscillating function which my last one did not and it is a feature that you didn’t know you need until you actually get it. It is quiet enough to be on a desk and this is consdering it is quite a powerful fan.

Works well. If you are sat at the desk most of the time as I am. Battery life is pretty good. On lower settings, it will last you the whole working shift.Charges with USB C. The percentage display is very handy. The slightly larger model doesn’t come with this display! And is obviously less compact.Great for moving it to near your bedside without the charger and it will last you the whole night.

Ein perfekter Helfer im Sommer. Ich habe mir den kleinen Lüfter gekauft, weil ich nachts im Sommer wegen Hitze sehr schwitze im Gesicht. Der kleine Lüfter hat eine gute Standfestigkeit, so dass ich ihn auch über Nacht, gerichtet auf meinen Kopf laufen lassen kann. Es ist so angenehm. Er hält auch lange, mindestens 24 Stunden wenn er ununterbrochen läuft. Das aufladen geht zügig. Ein echter Helfer für mich im Sommer.
