A low quality “luck dip” drop shipment!
We placed an order for around 10 cables varying in size and specification.This particular order was for three 3.5mm to RCA cables of identical spec. What we received was 3 cables of varying spec and design.One of the cables received had no markings on the rear, making it impossible to differentiate between the L/R channels, others were a different size, material and design.While this may not seem like a huge issue initially, it is extremely damming when you use these cables to connect mixers of are connecting old devices such as record players etc. which don’t easily allow the user identify L/R channels, particularly when splitting to multiple active speaker via a Y splitter.Sound quality was also hard to judge, as we received cables that we can’t identify. So when connected to an old record player, we were unable to get clean, clear consistent audio due to being unable to identify X in and Y out (L/R) and the split audio in / out to our active speakers due to the awful design of “some” of the cables we received.It appears that with this advertisement and cable order you will actually receive whatever “drop shipment” the seller can get hold of that week, and therefore you may not necessarily receive the one in the advertisement, which was our experience on multiple occasions.The quality of the cable can only be described as poor as you are unable to easily identify the L/R channels, and while this may not affect everyone it’s an extremely egregious and serious oversight.If you are connecting a modern device such as a phone etx you can easily play a stereo L/R channel identifier to identify which cable goes where.However if you work in a field like ours and encounter classic record players etc this is a mine field and should be avoided.The cable packaging also varies from cable to cable!Some came wrapped in plastic bags, others were not, so again due to the serve lack of regularity and consistency it’s simply impossible to mark this higher than a 1* as it changes week to week and you may not receive what is advertised in the order.Value was questionable as again it seems it’s a lucky dip as to which cable you will receive,it’s clearly based on which drop shipment the seller has access to that week, however they are far to lazy to update their advertisement to inform their customer, and if you reach out for support expect to be ignored!Overall a poor product, with poor after sales support, a generic drop shipment which means no product consistency, no long term support, poor customer experience and overall a low quality random product for the consumer that will very likely change week to week.1* and avoid!

Excellent en qualité et en prix

When I could no longer use my old 3.5mm to RCA jack on my new PC, I did a search on Amazon and sent for this MOSWAG cable while being skeptical of its 4.5 star rating. I have a fairly solid budget audio system hooked to my pc. An old large heavy Denon AV home theatre receiver, and rather large 2 foot tall french audiophile “book shelf” speakers with decent cables. The speakers are very capable. The receiver is musical enough, just short of audiophile. When I plugged in this ridiculously named interconnect called MOSWAG to my system, my ears perked up.There is a whole new air to the sound. The high notes are crisp, bright, and airy. Mid range and vocals sparkle. Bottom end is slightly light but the bass is there, with enough weight to be musical (That’s partly due to the speakers, and partly to the source of music.) Sound stage is wider. There is clear separation of instruments. Listening to Norah Jones “Cold Cold Heart” I can hear vocals to the center. Piano behind the vocalist, the guitar to the left, etc. etc. Each pluck on the string, each strike on the piano keys can be heard. In the Eagles “Hotel California Live” the opening acoustic guitar is on the stage to the right as the sound of applause rises up from all around in the background. The bass guitar comes in from the left as the song progresses. Don Henley’s vocals rise from the center, wonderfully ensconced by the sparkling sounds of guitars and instruments.I have spent the better part of my evening listening to music since I plugged in this cable. This is the best $11 I’ve ever spent.I don’t often write reviews. Long reviews are even rarer. I don’t easily give out 5 stars, because something must be exceptional for a 5 star. This is a 5 star.
