Perfect fit and protection!

Not suitale for my needs but the sellers customer service was 5 star
I had an issue with this case and initially left a bad review. I was expecting a hard case as the title suggested at the time of ordering and I found that while the corners and edges were rigid, the top and bottom were flexible and didn’t offer the protection I expected.However, the supplier reached out to me and resolved the issue in a kind and understanding way, and updated the listing to remove the word hard from the title so I have revised my review. Good customer service is hard to come by, so it was much appreciated that they made an effort to get in touch with me and resolve things. I’d happily buy from them again.The case isn’t suitable for me, mainly as I already have a similar flexible bag. I was really looking for a fully rigid case for activities like skiing where there’s a chance I might fall on the drone if it’s in my bag. However, if you need something to offer protection while your DJI Flip is in your backpack on a walk or similar, then I expect this would do the job well and certainly beats having it loose.

Die Tasche ist wie beschrieben. Recht stabil, schรยถne Farbe und preislich OK. Schade ist nur das sie keine Gรยผrtelschlaufe hat, die wรยคre manchmal recht praktisch.
