I was so hopeful these tablets would be great for our kids (age 4 and 6) but the tablets were a disappointment. We previously bought kindle fire for kids and they were great until kids started putting more games on the kindles and they started running slow from all of the stuff put on them. I thought upgrading kids to a tablet would be better due to the amount of use and data we need on a kindle for our kids. The tablet itself looks beautiful. However, once you turn it on for the first time you will see that the screen display isn’t great. My kids got bored with the games the tablet came with so my son put talking tom game on the new tablet. The screen freezes every other second. Causing my son to become impatient and causing mom to become impatient with the amount of whining i have had to listen to from my son thinking his new tablet is broken- when it is just frozen for a second every other second. YouTube works great on this tablet but my kids are really into games like talking tom, minion madness, frozen free fall, etc …the tablet is a great price but we need it to be used for more than YouTube. Oh! And when our kids watched YouTube on it at night for their half hour block before bed, the battery was already down to 50% life. This after having charged it all day.
