Boom remote lighting from my hive app
If like me you have been having difficulty in getting smart bulbs to connect to your wifi due to 2.4 Vs 5GHz bandwidth – this Hive bulb uses the Hive hub as a bridge so thereâs no issue with connectivity. Put it in the lamp, opened the app, installed device and it worked straight away no messing.

Works seemlessly with the Hive Hub
Works well with the hive hub as one may expect.As with all smart bulbs, these are not cheap, I think these average around £20 a light bulb each and personnally I don’t think it’s worth the money.If money for light bulbs is no object and you’ve budgeted for this, then you won’t find better quality for hive anywhere else.

Who knew I needed app operated lights in my life
These are great, really easy to install and operate through the Hive app. Takes a bit of getting used to remembering not to switch the lights off at the socket though lol.Only negative is the Alexa voice commands do not operate them

Great light quality. Just shame they donât do it in a ball shaped bulb for light which need a shorter bulb and would also be good if they done this build fitment as a colour changing bulb
