Not a good experience
You may have a better experience than I have had.I purchased the EZVIZ chime unit to compliment the EZVIZ Pro video door bell unit.I spent over a month trying to get the door bell unit to work with no luck.During this time I was in contact with EZVIZ technical and my broadband provider, I followed all requests from EZVIZ technical, even had my broadband provider split my service to two channels (2.4G and 5G) and still the door bell did not work.So in conclusion I never even got to the stage of using the chime.Both door bell and chime are sitting in the cupboard total waste of money.

Bulky, but easy to use and set- up.
As a user of Ezviz products already, I jumped at the chance to get my hands on this Video doorbell by the same company.Bigger in size than expected, and more boxy in appearance than a traditional doorball is. This really is a solid piece of kit.Needing the Ezviz app to install and operate, once downloaded the set-up process was relatively quick and easy to complete.However,instructions for the installation of the doorbell was abit more confusing for me to follow, in particular the placing of the back panels onto the solar panel.This still baffles me now but luckily I’m not going to be installing it myself so hopefully the handyman will find it more easier to comprehend than I did.On the plus side, this doorbell is packed full of features.Firstly, you are given the choice whether you would like to power the doorbell by mains electric or by the solar panel that’s been included.The picture quality on this doorbell is very good and so is the sound quality.Notifications popped up on my smartphone if ‘ human detection’ had been picked up and I could view the live stream and hold a two-way conversation with the visitor should I have wished too with ease.These notifications can be adjusted or even turned off via the appPast recordings of about a week ( dependent on how many times the doorbell has been triggered) are available to be viewed using the 32gb in built storage capacity on the app too but unfortunately any further back than that and a subscription fee of around £8 a month at the time of writing like I have, will need to be purchased.Build wise, I have no quarms about the longevity and reliability of this doorbell as I have had my 6 indoor and outdoor cameras for over 3 years now and they still look and work as if they were just set up.Money wise, I would say that this device sits around the middle of the market.It’s not a budget doorbell simply because of the quality and features offered but that being said it is not at the higher end of the market either..Guess that’s why it’s slightly bulkier in appearance.One thing to note though is this doorbell will need an Ezviz charm to be purchased in order for the doorbell to be heard inside the house,

Straight out the box solution
Ezviz makes another fantastic product! Itâs super easy to set up. Just follow the instructions, and youâll be good to go. I highly recommend charging the doorbell fully before installing it. This will give it the best chance to perform optimally and avoid running out of charge during the first week. We all check our doorbells every five minutes, right? Haha! Overall, this is a great product, and I highly recommend it.

Gut Verpackt.Sehr Gute Preis :)) habe mich sehr gefreut.Fast alles getestet,auch aus der ferne um ca. 10 Kilometer entfernungKomunizierte die EZVIZ App mit die Kamera einwandfrei.Konnte problemlos:einstellen – ändern – beowachten – aus/einschaltenman kann auch aufnehmen und speichern nach wunschgebe falls erwünscht eine finanzierbare extra Abo für Cloudso wie jetzt ist hat einband frei sehr gute Bilderich bin noch beim forschen.Alles was bis jetzt probierte bin sehr zufrieden.Natürlich empfele ich weiter.
