Customers say
Customers find these earbuds offer good sound quality, with one mentioning they’re perfect for traveling on noisy transport, and appreciate their top-class build and comfortable fit that sits naturally in the ear. Moreover, they consider them excellent value for money. However, the connectivity receives mixed feedback, with reports of flaky Bluetooth connectivity and left earbud disconnections. Additionally, customers disagree on the fit, with some finding them too big, and the build quality is criticized as shockingly poor. The ease of use is also mixed, with some finding it easy to use while others find it annoying.

A solid replacement option from Apple AirPods – Good ear fit, sound quality and noice cancelling.
Moving to Bose from Apple AirPods Pro for earbuds but a happy long standing existing user of Bose Cinema speakers.Impressions are really good, fit of earbuds in ear are excellent for me and do not seem to fall out anywhere near as much as the problematic Apple AirPods Pro which despite trying all the silicone inserts found none that worked.Sound quality is what you would expect, excellent – Dolby Atmos works great. Noise cancelling works great and the “aware” mode is on par with Apple transparency mode.At time of writing inexplicably you have to have a different App to the normal BOSE app to access all the features but that’s a minor niggle. There are a lot of customisation options and the touch functions options are plentiful and you can customise also the behaviour for making phone calls. They are touted as “made for iPhone/iPad”; the consideration to move away from Apple for earbuds if using a lot of Apple ecosystem is you lose the seamless handoff to all your Apple devices, though for me having the ability to pair to two devices with Bose (least limited to two I believe at time of writing) is OK for me for MacBook and iPhone use and pairing is quick and seamless as the Apple devices were. The other thing you lose is “Find My”. Which was a miracle I hadn’t lost the Apple buds given how much they fell out. It would be good if Bose could do some kind of tracking of lost device on their app.I don’t find the voice prompts annoying/ bad quality that some other reviews mention and connectivity hasn’t been an issue. Just ensure you update firmware via the app as with any new smart device purchase. Register with Bose for 2 year warranty.

Bose deliver again.
After some mixed reviews I was dubious about ordering these. But I am very satisfied. Some said the storage case was low quality. The case is fine and does it’s job well. Problems with charging? No, just be precise when putting the earbuds in, follow the instructions and they are fine. Noise cancelling is excellent and for this price performs above and beyond. Sound quality is good and for me I get about 12 hours playback before recharging. Obviously this may vary so don’t take this as how long they will last for you. Many options through the Bose app and dont feel over heavy in the ear. Overall highly impressed, do what I expect them to do and that’s all that matters.

Earbuds do not recharge correctly and has pairing issues when taking in and out the case.
The sound quality of these is great. But this is the worst pair of in ear phones I have ever bought. Firstly they are uncomfortable, the buds are far too large to fit in your ear particularly whilst running they constantly fall out. One of the ends of buds fell off and I lost it on the ground somewhere – there is no replacement for this unless you go directly onto the bose website and there is not an identical replacement and the original box does not come with spares – it cost me an extra £15 plus shipping to replace. However the biggest issue is functionality, placing the earbuds back inside of the case does not seemingly turn them off. This is a huge nuisance when you need to just recharge the headphones as they are both still connected to your phone and also not recharging in the case. Other issues include taking them out the case and one of the earbuds simply does not connect which means you are constantly putting them back in the case to take them back out only to discover one of them has not recharged. I have owned this product for less then 2 months and I can catagorically say these are the worst earbuds I have ever bought, I would not recommend these.

Very well performing earpods.
Was in a dilemma as to going for the Apple or this version. I chose these as Bose are good quality devices and were more economical ( on a special offer ). Very satisfied with my purchase. Fit in ear is easy and needs little adjustment to get it right. Easy to understand instructions and operating functions ( Iâm getting on a bit and donât appreciate over complicated systems ! ). Active noise cancellation is very effective . Charger case neat and easy to store and charge pods. Sound reproduction on music is very good with ability to personalise audio settings. Recommended.Update. Unfortunately, and I have no explanation, the noise cancelling function deteriorated to an unacceptable level. I contacted Amazon ( very supportive) and then Bose U.K. ( again, very supportive). Explained fault and exchange agreed for new replacement on return of faulty pair. I would still recommend this item and further commend both Amazon and Bose for their support and no quibble approach.

Yo no he tenido ningún problema. Yo no he llegado a gastar nunca la baterÃa.

I have a few things to mention about this product.Firstly, make sure the earphone is securely pressed into your ear; otherwise, it will pause when the sensor isnât activated. I donât mind this, as I actually prefer it over my other earphones that keep playing and wasting battery when Iâm not listening. In terms of comfort, these earphones are excellent. I can wear them all day without any complaints. However, when Iâm in a busy place with no sound playing, the noise cancellation can feel slightly uncomfortableâbut that depends on individual sensitivity. While it doesnât completely block out very loud noises, Iâd say it cancels about 95% of ambient sound when walking on the streets or at home. The sound quality is outstanding. You can really hear the highs and lows, as well as the different instruments in a song. I never noticed these details when using cheaper earphonesâitâs like rediscovering music. One minor downside is that switching between devices isnât always seamless. Sometimes it connects instantly, other times it doesnât. But for me, thatâs not a dealbreaker. Also, if youâre next to someone talking, I highly recommend turning on ambient sound modeâotherwise, itâs nearly impossible to hear them. The noise cancellation is that effective.Overall, this product delivers on both comfort and sound quality, making it a great choice.

Have been using the earbuds for three months. I’ve bought these after returning another brand, high end earbuds due to bad fit, noise leakage and consequently bad sound. Back to Bose then, based on past experience with Bose QC-30. The Quitcomfort earbuds fitted quite well, the small wings gave extra security. I used them in the office and outdoors. The awareness mode helps to communicate with the outside world, cancelling outer world noise substantially when switching to quit mode. The sound is a little bassy, what I like and natural and transparant for the mis and higher frequencies. Obviously a matter of taste. Call quality is good in quit surroundings, in noisy environments, once voice is perceived as ‘on distance’ on the other side of the line. The touch control functionality is nice but sometimes a but annoying when you try to push back the earbuds for a better fit. The app is a ‘ nice to have’ although I am not using it that often.
