I bought this printer twice, unsuccessfully. First time, after complicated installation, it still didn’t print. Second time, USB didn’t fit both of my USB ports, and almost damaged them. I bought it again, as the printer recommended by Amazon doesn’t consider margins Etsy labels have. And this is important:1. You need turn on printer before installing software2. You can print labels only from Bartender program.I wish they would have all this properly explained, so I wouldn’t be buying and returning and buying again(

Worked right away. Label aligned, setup was simple FOR USB.I bought this for the WIFI. First one didn’t work, second won’t connect with Android App.The wifi instructions don’t work. I tried multiple phones, two different windows machine. The utilities app sucks.
