Excellent product, even better customer service!
Keyboard and mouse arrived on time and well packaged. Delivered with care by the delivery driver who was respectful of keeping his distance due to covid. The keyboard and mouse feel really well made and look really good. The aluminum backing on the keyboard is really nice and gives what is an ultra thin keyboard a good solid feel. Typing is quite quiet on this keyboard and the keys feel good. Due to the height of the keyboard typing doesn’t give you wrist fatigue like you get from other full size keyboards so typing for long periods isn’t an issue. The mouse is fully rechargeable as is the keyboard and like the keyboard it feels well made. Fits in the hand well and doesn’t have you reaching for the left and right mouse buttons. Scroll wheel also has a satisfying feeling when you scroll as it has just a little resistance so you can’t accidently scroll when using the mouse. This is the second time I’ve written a review for this product but due to a mistake with the delivery (Amazon’s fault, not Artecks) the Arteck customer service team had to resend me the keyboard and mouse. I would give 5 stars for the absolutely excellent customer service Arteck have provided and another 5 stars for the product. They really went above and beyond to make sure I received a great service.Would totally recommend the keyboard and mouse and buying any product from Arteck. What a great company!

*Updated* Initially excellent but not for longevity?
*UPDATED* Arteck made contact following my initial review, very helpful at attempting to rectify the faulty keyboard, as a result I received a new replacement within a couple of days. Spoiler: their support email address is on the underside of the keyboard so had I of noticed this I wouldn’t have needed to make contact via Amazon. Would absolutely recommend this wireless & mouse set up & there is a 2 year warranty for any future glitches.Initially I was very happy, keyboard & mouse both very responsive & comfortable to use, not to mention sleek to look at.3 days after the return window closes the keyboard decides to randomly type number 4s & the only way to stop it is to turn it off. Turn the keyboard back on & after 10 minutes the 4s reappear. Very frustrating in the middle of typing a report or working in a database. No way of contacting the supplier or any joy from amazon so I’m stuck with a wireless mouse & back to my original wired keyboard.Hoping my review will be read & the supplier will reach out with a solution as others have experienced, as this aside its a great set ð¤

Initially impressed. keyboard died after six weeks, but customer service outstanding.
Be sure to read through to the end.First impressions (written a few days after I recieved the keyboard)OK, it’s very early days yet so this should be regarded more as an unboxing review rather than a full review proper, but here’s my initial impressions.1.) It’s an extremely attractive package. For the last 30 years or so, I’ve used either Microsoft or Logitech. My last four or five have been the cheapest Logitech. I tend to get about a year out of them before they give up the ghost. Last one was April 2021. I would have bought the same combo package again, but they didn’t have them in stock so I would have had to wait until March for a replacement. It’s all about that Brexit, Stu. Boris Johnston and Brexit. They’re what are stopping me getting my Chinese keyboard.2.) Very slim, attractive package Stainless steel backing plate looks substantial enough. fully expect it to outlive my old Logitech’s but only time will tell.3.) No batteries! It’s rechargable. It works while its charging, so it won’t stop you from working. I love this feature.I’ll update after I’ve used it for a few months but so far I like what I see.Six weeks in. (8th March 2022)So, the keyboard died on me yesterday. It started to continuously output the numbers 34343434343434343 (or sometimes just 33333333333) and nothing I did could fix it. I thought maybe a key was stuck so I wiped them down with a damp cloth — but they all seem to be fine.Tried to get in touch with the manufacturer for support. Amazon refers you to their website, but there’s no support section that I can see. Company email address? Is that it? Seems kind of unlikely. So here I am, just six weeks in and I need to buy a new keyboard. Very disappointed, because I actually really liked the keyboard and mouse. Here we are, six weeks in after a single charge and the thing was still working really well. Right up until the moment it didn’t.I’m pretty sure that it says there was a two year warranty on this keyboard too, but I’m damned if I can find a place where I can invoke it. Perhaps Arteck will see this review and do something about it? Until then though, I can’t recommend this keyboard. One star.Quick reassessment:The guys from Arteck did see this, got in touch with me and were happy to send a replacement keyboard. Now, I’d already bought another keyboard in the interim, so there is that, but as soon as Arteck saw this they got in touch and arranged a replacement. So I think you can buy with confidence that if your keyboard does die on you, Arteck will do the right thing byyou and make good on their warranty. Thanks, Arteck.

Amazing Keyboard & Outstanding Support!
I recently purchased this keyboard, and I must sayâitâs an absolute joy to type on! The soft key presses make every keystroke feel effortless, and the overall build quality gives it a premium feel. Whether Iâm working long hours or just browsing, typing on this keyboard is incredibly comfortable.I did run into an issue when I lost the receiver, but the seller’s customer support was fantastic! They quickly guided me through the process of getting a replacement and were very helpful throughout. Itâs rare to find such great after-sales service these days.If youâre looking for a high-quality keyboard with excellent support, I highly recommend this one!
