    Buds
Connected effortlessly. Sound quality is plenty good enough and compares well with more expensive buds I’ve owned.

Dull out of the box, and the fit is subpar
Out of the box, the sound is dull and lifeless, the high frequencies are muted, and there is no clarity whatsoever. I tried to connect these to the Sennheiser app, but it would not find them, so I used Wavelet to fix the EQ and they are far better. The open nature of the buds allows sounds in, but the way they have achieved this seems to be via a loose fit, and this makes them insecure in your ear. They always feel like they are going to fall out. They should have included wings or similar, as normally the silicone tip would help secure them in your ear. When EQ’d the sound opens up and you get far more clarity in the upper mids and treble. I don’t know why Sennheiser are obsessed with softening the upper region of the spectrum, but EQ can generally fix that.I have a lot of open ear headphones and these don’t sit anywhere near the top. Sennheiser could have done far better here

Pretty good with a few flaws
These earbuds certainly look premium quality. Extremely light, they sit nicely in the ear without having to be forced into the canal, meaning they’re very comfy. Sound quality at first listen is excellent, but, also feels very flat, and once things get busy they lose a lot of the definition. I like to listen to some fairly busy and noisy music, and I find that a lot of punch is lost with these. I couldn’t get a decent level of bass, and the overall sound was a bit lifeless after a while.Battery life is good on these, and the connect very easily via Bluetooth, so no issues with functionality. Sound quality and definition is generally good, with decent clarity and instrument seperation, but I felt the overall sound feels slightly lifeless. Build quality is excellent, and they’re certainly comfy, although I also felt that the lightness works against them a bit and it would be extremely easy to lose one without realising it.Overall, for a mid priced set of earbuds, I think these could have better sound, and would have expected as much from Senheiser. Other than that, the sound is perfectly acceptable, and the comfort level, lightness and design all work in it’s favour. Decent value for money, but if you’re picky about the sound quality, try before you buy if possible.

Nice little earbuds but the sound needs some tweaking
My partner has been looking for comfortable, decent sounding earphones for a while now and thankfully, these Sennheiser Accentum wireless earphones have been great so far.In the box you receive the earbuds along with the charging case and a USB C charging cable. The quality is excellent as you’d expect from a brand like Sennheiser.Connecting and using the earbuds is fairly straight forward but I did have a couple of issues with the short cuts that you can use on the earbud stems.Connecting them to your device is easy, tap and hold the 2 stems of the earphones and wait for the noise that indicates pairing mode, then you just select the earbuds in your Bluetooth list and away you go.One thing I’d like to point out is that these earbuds did often fall out of my ears, I don’t know if it’s the matte finish that makes them a bit slippy or if it’s just my awkward ears, just be aware that these might not be great for exercising or lots of head movement. The earphones have shortcuts on the earbud stems that you can use so you don’t have to control them via your device. Things like skipping track, pausing or turning the volume up and down can be done by tapping or holding the sides. Whilst skipping, pausing and playing tracks was fine, I did initially have a problem with how to turn the volume up and down. Each time I pressed the earbud stem, it either paused or skipped the track, it was super annoying. Eventually I manage to work it by pressing and holding the left or right earbud stem to adjust how loud or quiet I wanted it. I think I wasn’t holding the stem long enough to be honest…yes I’m impatient! As for the sound, I found it to be a little bit bassy and slightly tinny at times. If you have an EQ app on your device, you might want to tweak it slightly. Still, my partner said she doesn’t mind the quality at all.Sadly there’s no surround sound or noise cancelling on this model but it does a perfectly fine job despite missing those extras. The charging case is nice and compact but it is a little bit awkward getting the earbuds out of the case…it could just be my chubby fingers though. The earbuds magnetically slip in to the case when you place them in to their relevant hole. The lid is also magnetic which snaps shut when you close it.Charging is done via the USB C port in the bottom where there’s a light to indicate charging. On a full charge, these earbuds can last up to 28 hours which is great for any long journeys.Overall, these aren’t a bad set of earbuds. They aren’t perfect but with a bit of EQ app tweaking, you can get the sound to how you want it.The quality is good, the charging case is nice and compact and the battery lasts a decent amount of time.My partner really loves these earbuds and has been using them constantly and she definitely recommends them.

(+) Pros:- You can genuinely forget you’re wearing them — incredibly light and comfortable.- Connection is lightning-fast. I mean really fast, and reliably connects to both paired devices.- Multipoint switching is seamless — quick, easy, no drama. No more “please find Bluetooth device for the hundredth time” moments (hello, Huawei).- NO companion app — no endless unnecessary options, and no “5 updates a month with zero noticeable improvements.”- Auto-pause works perfectly when you take them out.- Matte finish on both buds and case — finally! No more glossy fingerprint magnets (hello, Samsung), no scratches on day one, and they don’t slip out of your hands or ears.- Sound quality is decent — nothing mind-blowing, but perfectly fine for everyday use (and not a top priority for me).- Touch gestures just work. No fuss, no misfires.(±) Neutral:- ANC is practically non-existent — but that’s expected and acceptable for semi-open earbuds.(–) Cons:- To connect a new device, you need to press both buds at the same time. So if you misplace one, you’re out of luck. No new connections until it’s reunited.
