Used in my elbow
I bought these to help with recovery with physio for a elbow radial head replacement. Easy to mould around my elbow, used over a number of months constantly and had no issues. I also bought a strap to put them in that velcroid and kept secure around my elbow.

Perfect
When you have lots of old injuries and youâre still active and working out these are just what you need. Robust and well made, no splits yet, and Iâve used multiple times after each work out. I still have pins and plates in my leg and after squatting they are much needed. Icing old injuries and it melting on you is a pain but with these you donât have that problem ðª

Stay cold but all the liquid inside goes to the edges once it starts to melt
I used these packs for cooling my knee after knee surgery, I thought they would be great for wrapping around my knee, however, Once they start to melt the liquid inside runs to the edges as there is not enough stitching across them to prevent it moving outwards to the edges. It is a shame as they are a good size for wrapping probably need to be used Flat but Iâm not sure what you would use them for as they are quite large, perhaps the bottom of a picnic basket? I did find them useful but had to change them more often because of the liquid gel movement.

Excellent Gel Packs
I was pleasantly surprised how great these gel packs are, they came in a sealed box and each were individually wrapped. Excellent gel packs, once taken out the freezer they stay cold for a long time. I would put a light cloth over the gel pack before applying to the skin and it does help with the pain. Havenât tried in microwave yet. A very happy and satisfied customer. Would highly recommend them ðð

Heb deze gebruikt ivm een ingreep aan mijn oogleden. Het kunstof waar de vloeistof in zit is zeer stevig en de verschillende maten zijn perfect voor het geen waar ik het voor gebruikte. Meestal worden ze te groot aangeboden, maar deze waren perfect.

These were bought for use after a total knee replacement surgery, and they did NOT disappoint. They were excpetional–everything I could have hoped for at a fraction of the cost of other ice packs. Perfect for 20 min on/off necessary for TKR therapy. And because they come in a pack of 4, you always have a couple to go on the turn-around! Froze very well, kept their chill, and refroze quickly. I love the compactness and flexibility of them. The quality seems perfect, and they are a bit flexible to help with comfort–they are not a perfect 10 here, as they are not a true gel substance but for most purposes, I think they are fine. They do become more flexible and maleable as you massagge them. Would purchase again!

This products was put in the freezer for 2 weeks and when I took it out to use, sadly, it was not cool as expected!!! Total waste of my money. Wish I could return this!
