Colour changing lightbulb.
I bought this Energizer colour changing lightbulb to replace a colour changing lightbulb I had in my bedroom that’s made by a different brand because the the one I had is starting to fail. I went with an Energizer branded one this time rather than an unbranded one because I’m hoping it will last longer. Also the colour changing lightbulb I’m replacing is “smart” which means you need to make an account on an app and have an internet connection to use it. This time I wanted a colour changing lightbulb for my bedroom that isn’t “smart” because I don’t want to have to make an account on an app and rely on an internet connection to use it. Having a colour changing lightbulb is important to me because I have autism and part of my condition makes things being the correct colour for my mood really important to me. I really like this lightbulb. This colour changing lightbulb is much easier to use than the “smart” bulb I’m replacing. I didn’t need help to set it up like I did with the “smart” bulb. It has 15 different colours and it has a mode I really like where it fades though all the colours. I think this colour changing lightbulb is definitely worth the money and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a colour changing lightbulb that isn’t “smart”.

Absolute Rubbish Don’t Buy
I bought this device hoping that the Brand Name would be reliable, unless I got a Duff unit it is pitiful in operation, the Remote only seems to work within circa 2 metres not 5 metres as advertised and only if one points it at the bulb holder itself.The buttons for colour sometimes work and the colours are very dim can only be for late night parties or disco as you can’t see anything, have bought 6 of these type in last year and all mainly have failed, so beware best advice go up market with a Top Brand name.

They work well when used with the remote. However when I need to turn them on via the switch they very rarely work. They are very frustrating.

I already have three in lamps already, just bought another. I am partially disabled, so they are a great help to me. Also save switching lamps on and off, which can make switches unstable.
