No instructions, incomplete and non slip surface is not true.
Item arrived without instructions so was struggling with the parts as no adjustment peice and neither slide together, so had to refer to original advertisement on Amazon to realise that I have two sections the same instead of part with many holes for the adjustment so item is unusable.Also advertised as non slip coating, well this is untrue as all parts have a smooth paint coating so it slides on the carpet!This is dangerous and a waste of money.Please see attached photos for reference and proof of statements.

Iâve been wanting one of these for sometime – âreasonably priced.â Iâm more than happy with this. Easy to assemble and use, they make those difficult to reach places on stair walls easy to reach when painting and papering.
