Hi, I purchase one of the 9in1 USB C Hubs for my MacBook Air, it is the perfect accessory. Having those extra ports with the Hub is the only way to get by with a MacBook. This item is made from very nice brushed aluminium, the connections are very fast for reading and writing data. The overall workmanship that has gone into these hubs is more than worth the price. Donât buy the cheap plastic ones as I did to begin with, as they only last a few months. If you gone to the trouble of buying a nice computer, then you should buy nice accessories too. I have had mine for 18 months with no issues other than its brilliant performance. More and more computers are being shipped with small SSD storage nowadays, for the best performance for an external SSD youâre going to have to get a decent hub at some point, my suggestion, is you look no further than here.

Breaks after a few months
The HDMI ports stopped working after 4 months, I bought 2 and had the same problem with both on seperate computers. Contacted the seller for refund or replacement and they just stalled with unhelpful comments like âcheck the laptop settings are correctâ and have not actually provided a solution. Sort of works?
I currently have to use a second screen since I cracked the MacBook screen.The charging port works but weirdly cuts the whole power when turning the plug on or off for a few seconds. Not sure why it does this?The USB ports work most of the time but sometimes my external drives won’t connect, but will connect directly to the MacBook. The SD slots work as intended.I’m not convinced I would purchase this again.

… but ‘green’ is optimistic, even cheeky. After a lifetime of 80s hi-tech Black and 21st Century sleek Anthracite Grey gadgets and devices, I decided to become enamoured of a few more-colourful jobs. The device itself works fine, every slot functional – but note that although the SD and microSD cards can be inserted together, only one will work, but this is not unusual with these compact devices – but they have certainly skimped on the pigment when coating it. Be advised that the ‘green’ is a lot lighter than the images on this webpage suggest. Getting it out of the box, I was not too sure it was coloured at all: a very pale metallic-green sheen. Anyway, as mentioned, the hub works fine, but I do now wish I had stuck with Black or Anthracite Grey.

I use my USB-C hub to connect power (using USB-PD), my HDMI display, LAN and a bunch of peripherals to my laptop. Since this is my work laptop, the set-up is used for extensive periods of time. The USB-C hubs sits in a small shelf in my desk and hence does not have the best airflow around it.I had been using a no-name USB-C hub for near 4 years. The USB-PD function on that device stopped working a couple of months ago and I had to find a replacement. I first tried out an Amazon Basics hub, which practically stopped working within the first one week of purchase. I then picked up another USB hub from Kapa which used to overheat and immediately start glitching and restarting every couple of minutes. This led me to buy the more expensive “Lemorele” hub to see if it could work.I have been using this hub for about a day and a half now. The hub is connected to a 100W USB-PD power connection and has been using all its ports. The hub heats up much less than the other hubs I have used. The connection has been stable with no glitches so far. It has been doing an outstanding job this far. Worth the premium over other hubs listed on Amazon I would say.Will update the review once I have more experience on it.
