So much technology packed into such a small device
I cannot understand how so much technology is packed into such a tiny device.
The Sense 2 is astonishing. The number of sensors it contains is simply amazing. I’ve been on a diet for the past few months and use the fitbit daily, not just to monitor steps, but to see how my general health improves. This includes sleep quality, readiness, resting heart rate, breathing rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen levels, ECG, and more. The data it produces is simply incredible. Personally I think it’s really good valuable money, and as essential part of my daily routine. It’s very easy to use, and definitely has far fewer Bluetooth sync issues than Fitbits I’ve owned in the past.
I find myself charging the Sense 2 every 4 to 5 days. The battery life is incredible considering some sensors are running 24/7.
I had to return the first Sense 2 that I bought as the touch screen was very unresponsive. However amazon were very quick in sending out a replacement and I have had no issues with this one.

Good improvement but still feels like lacking in the smart watch area
Fitbit has improved quite alot and I am impressed with the features of the watch, There is some delay sometimes in transfering the data between the phone and the watch which happened few times with Whatsapp and email notifications.
The activity tracker is really good and can predict to a good level what you are doing, probably you need to trigger it sometimes but then it will learn and notify you to activities automatically
I like the simple sleek design
Heart rate sometimes requires a bit of tight fit but never found it to be annoying, It works nice for me, I have a bit of hairy hands still it works nicely
I am struggling to find some functions as the interface is not as user friendly as smart watches. I appreciate it is a tracker and not a smart watch but if that feature can be improved then I am definite that lots of people will buy this tracker
I would like it to have some connectivity to machines similary to charge 6 as this will help alot in exercise monitoring
I had a Fitbit Charge 3 before, moved to Samsung watch then now back again to Fitbit,
I still miss the smart watch simplicity and ease of use and finding apps in comparison to this tracker
all in all I will give it 4/5. I still like it alot but I think Fitbit can still improve it a bit

Great for what I need from a tracker
I upgraded to sense 2 from a 7 year old Charge 2 and I have to say I love it. It does everything I personally need from a fitness tracker. Battery life lasts 6 days most of the time but can be less if using your gps. Some of the advanced features with the free trial of Fitbit premium drain the battery. I did have one glitch where the battery drained over night but I removed sp02 tracking and daily readiness, and it then went back to normal at 6 days. The ECG function is good and gps worked well when I tested it on a 9 mile walk. You have to physically turn on gps in the exercise settings which is fine, otherwise it drains the battery a bit. Yes it takes a minute or so to kick in and you can tell once itâs on as the little gps arrow is red whilst kicking in and white once on. Steps are accurate, as are the floor counting. I can take calls on my watch (once I linked it to sense 2 calls on Bluetooth) which is great as you never miss a call if youâve left your phone in another room etc Obviously you canât make calls or texts from it as itâs not linked to a phone contract, but I find it useful to be able to take the calls and the sound on it was fine. I personally love the Fitbit app, and the way the calorie tracking and targets work. It is glitchy occasionally but what app isnât? That really doesnât faze me as the data is on your watch and always syncs again once the app is fixed as long as you donât reboot your watch during that time. In 7 years of using Fitbit I have only ever had a handful of issues with the app. The ability to change clock faces is good but it would be nice if there were more that showed battery life as a lot of them donât. Overall, a good tracker but if you are a massive fitness fanatic who wants a lot more of the advance features some have like fall detection, quicker gps, ability to make calls etc then you may want to opt for another brand of Watch. For me though, the sense 2 is perfect for what I need.

It would have been nice if it could also share HRM like the charge 6, otherwise it provides me all the functions i need with a 1x per week charge that was the deciding factor for me vs pixel watch. It would be great if the make a sense 3, however i suspect this is the end of the line for sense products which is a pity.
