good value keyboard and mouse combo
Redragon BS136 ComboKeyboard K628The keyboard is smaller than expect 78 keys in a smaller form factor so you still keep the num pad although without the extra enter key which is a nice touch for people whom desk space may be limited.Quality is where i have found Redragon in the past to have been very good and this keyboard is no exception the quality is just like other products and very good for the price even better than some expensive brands on the market. The plastic is sturdy the chassis doesn’t flex badly nor does the plastic feel thin and cheap so it was a very pleasant experience to use. This is wireless / Bluetooth enabled just like the mouse provided within this combo. For the size and considering its wireless this is fairly lightweight and comes in at around 470g.The switches are red they do have a noticeable linear click so not as noisy as the blue variant. The actuation is small so you don’t have to push down as much in order activate the keys. The keys are hot swappable so making this completely customizableThe RGB backlit for the keys are good enough to see in low light and there are a few different sequences the keyboard goes through so i would say there is something there for everyone. While using this on both wireless and Bluetooth i haven’t noticed any issues in regards to lagging or drop out.software can be downloaded however, once downloaded my computer went completely crazy and the redragon software just wouldn’t open and i kept getting prompted about audio couldn’t be found nor could the device the window just kept popping up even though i closed the window it kept going through this cycle so i ended up uninstalling the software before i could get the chance to see what customization could be made.Ive used other Redragon products before and ran the software provided without issues however this time i couldn’t.Mouse M693The mouse included within is the M693 the mouse just like the keyboard is Tri band so Wireless, Bluetooth and wiredBuild quality of the mouse is actually very good just like the keyboard is lightweight and yet it doesn’t feel flimsy. The construction is as good as you would expect no plastic noisy while in use the plastic doesn’t feel like it would break easily and side button actually felt better than most gaming mouse its not like others where the button feel somewhat disconnected or thinly cheap that its just holding on.7 programmable button which can be programmed via the software provided by Redragon website. The DPI levels which there are 5 off the levels can be changed from 500 DPI to 8,000 DPI however, for competitive gaming some may find that 8,000 DPI to be lacking from my experience i was completely happy with the performance yet their was one person whom personally preferred a higher DPI so its all a personal preference. In order to use this in Bluetooth mode i would remind people to use the Bluetooth pairing button on the bottom of the mouse otherwise i doesn’t sync the computer does see the mouse however, will not connect. the scroll wheel will be flashing blue which lets you know its in Bluetooth mode. With the wireless mode i simply placed the USB dongle into the computer, switched the mouse to 2.4ghz mode and connection was made simultaneously. The mode to let you know its 2.4ghz the scroll wheel would be flashing green as an indication. For charging the mouse the scroll wheel will flash red. Charging time is around 1hr 40mins from pretty much a dead mouse. The yellow light lets you know its around 50% charged and RGB when fully charged. The mouse RGB will also blink yellow once the mouse is low on battery life.Redragon claim 36 hrs battery life however, 2 days usage so around 48hrs and it finally went to low battery. So battery life was better than expected.software for the mouse give you the option to change the 7 buttons and what each button can do. There is also debounce buttons which values can be changed. These can be saved to up to 4 different profiles. The RGB can also be changed within the software. The DPI can be set each with different colours so you know which DPI have been selected. The polling rate can be set from 125hz, 250hz, 500hz and 1000hz.The ergonomic style of the mouse was good it was nice and comfortable to use for long periods of time so i don’t really have any complaints here.Overall for the bundle i felt this was very good value the keyboard and mouse combo worked extremely well although i had issues with the combo software which my computer didn’t like the mouse software on its own worked perfectly fine.4 switches are within the packaging so if a switch does break it can be easily pulled out and replaced also within the packaging is the key and switch pullers which makes life easy even if you want to switch out to a different type of switch later on.Edit: i found by installing the keyboard software within the site and not the combo software that you can download worked for me and the keyboard can be customized without issue.

Brilliant
I’ve been looking for a rainbow LED keyboard with a UK layout for a very long time, managed to find this one which included the LED mouse, brilliant!Keyboard – The keyboard feels sturdy and great, there are clips on the back to have it at an angle and something I noticed which isn’t mentioned in the review is the keyboard has holes in it to prevent damage if you were to spill a drink on it! Really like that feature. The product description says “Dedicated multimedia keys on keyboard for controlling volume and music” I haven’t been able to find these buttons and there was no manual to point them out, might need an image on the product page explaining this as I’d love to use this feature! The LEDs glow through the letters on the keyboard only from behind, they’re very bright and vivid, can be turned off using the Scroll Lock button which I like.Typing on this keyboard is EXTREMELY loud, very clicky. My previous keyboard was completely silent so this was quite annoying but bearable, I don’t notice it when playing games but when I focus on it the sound is very loud. All in all a very good keyboard, would love it if it were quieter but other than that no complaints!Mouse – One thing I’ve noticed from the other reviews is their mice are a full colour and breathe into another full colour like a rainbow. Mine doesn’t do this, instead it breathes into random colours like the picture for example, not sure if this is an issue with my mouse or what but it doesn’t bother me enough to be mad over it.This mouse is extremely comfortable, my hands are small and I was using a normal mouse before this. At first it was hard to adjust but now I’m in love, it’s so comfortable and easy to move around.DPI button works great, I find myself accidentally clicking it a lot of the time with my palm which is annoying.Scroll wheel is good, bit stiff to click in but isn’t an issue. My one complaint about this mouse is when I turn my PC off the LED doesn’t turn off with it, my USB ports aren’t giving power to anything else plugged into my PC including my LED keyboard and LED Headphones when my PC is turned off so I didn’t expect it to continue powering the mouse. I have to unplug my PC after every use just to turn the mouse LED off, this is annoying. If you’re looking for an affordable LED keyboard and mouse set with a UK layout this is PERFECT!

The keyboard is smaller than I expected, and it’s fully my bad. You’ll also get a USB-C cable with switcher (USB-A male – USB-C female), so basically it’s USB-C -> USB-C cable that is also always useful. It’s my first mechanical keyboard, so I was surprised how noisy it is; my friends said it’s fine. For me, a big question remains as to why I need hotkeys to switch between 2.4 GHz and BT. To switch between them, you must use the rear side button.I cannot say anything else cuz it’s only one day of usage.JFYI: never use USB 3.0 to connect your dongle as it affects connection quality and makes me crazy finding that issue

Bought this for my 12y old gamer to use with PS5. We plugged it in to computer to adjust some mouse settings and work with ps5 with no issues or need to any kind of adapter. It is entry model but it is good enough for gaming with no doubt. At least that was what I was told.
