Great night vision capability
I bought this as an extra recording device for my youtube videos. It’s proving to be a great addition, it’s recording abilities are very good, sound clarity is great and it is easy to record and review your footage. My only gripe is it would be better if it had a zoom in capability

Night vision poor
Its a great little camera in ever respect, I gave it 3 stars because the night vision is very poor, I create you tube videos and most of my filming is done in the dark, I have a body camera with night vision that sees quite far into the distance with a very clear picture, I thought I would get another one to leave as a static camera so bought this one, but it gives a fairly clear picture around 2 feet in front, after that the picutre is unwatchable as its so very dark and grainy. Used as a normal camera and video then its fine, the picture is sharp and the sound is clear, but forget using it as a night vision camera.

I use it for my cycle ride to, and from work
During the summer months I try to cycle to work as much as I possibly can, weather permitting, of course. Most of my daily 5 mile commute to the office is on quiet B roads and cycle tracks. However, the final half mile of my journey to work involves negotiating a very large, complicated roundabout, and two sets of traffic lights. These are all places where there is quite a high volume of traffic during the morning and evening rush hours.
I have had a number of very close calls in the past where drivers have not seen me, and calved me up so badly that I have to take emergency evasive action to avoid being knocked off my bike. Most of the perpetrator’s just drive off when the lights change, or there’s a gap in the traffic, as if nothing has happened.
Using a couple of one and a half inch Jubilee clips, I have now fixed the small tripod that comes with this brilliant little body-cam to the handlebar’s of my bike, and I simply screw the cam on to the tripod before I set off for work and simply unscrew it when I get there.
(I did try wearing it clipped to my jacket lapel but it moved around way too much, and the handlebar solution turned out to be much better)
There is room for about 6 hours footage on the 64GB micro SD card that is included with the camera, so it easily covers all my trips to and from work for the whole week, and it’s reassuring to know that if something nasty did happen, that wasn’t my fault, I would have the crystal clear, 1080P footage quickly available to show to the police.
Very happy to recommend this versatile little body-cam.

Bodycam essenziale ma molto ben fatta in relazione al prezzo: la qualità di immagine è sufficiente (buona all’aperto, più scarsa ma sufficiente a colori in luce scarsa, buona al chiuso con modalità notturna in B/N), la batteria ha una buona durata, le impostazioni sono complete e la forma con camera rotante permette di usarla in svariate maniere (come bodycam, come macchina per registrare da un punto fisso, anche come fototrappola grazie all’attivazione con il movimento). In più è anche possibile registrare degli audio con la semplice pressione di un tasto.
Molto comoda per chi ha bisogno di documentare il proprio operato (ad es. forze di polizia) ma non vuole investire grandi cifre, posto che l’unico difetto a mio parere è il fatto di non essere impermeabile, che potrebbe essere un problema quando si opera in condizioni di maltempo, per il resto è un ottimo prodotto che mi ha soddisfatto.

Purtroppo non c’è la lingua italiana e mi è sembrata un po’ difficoltosa, da usare.
