What a fantastic little device. I picked it up as a remote machine for dev work and have been blown away by it’s performance for such a small & low power system. The N100 processor really shines here!As a ‘daily driver’ it’s a perfectly capable PC with Windows 11 installed as long as you aren’t looking to do any resource intensive tasks like gaming. It also serves as a cheaper alternative to an entry level laptop for anyone who already owns a monitor & input devices.I really like that it doesn’t give me any hassle when booting up without any display or input devices connected. Just power and a network connection (wifi or ethernet) is all I need, so it can sit comfortably away in a corner of my desk where I can remote in as needed.

I bought a few of these for the office. They have zero issues. They can handle several applications and work quietly. This is definitely a good brand that offers value.

Device is showing video artifacts and freezing, after not even a month
The device was initially working great. Not even a month later, it started showing video artifacts and now fails to boot, as it freezes at the boot screen or while trying to load the OS. I reached out to tech support from Geekom on their site, but never got an answer. Never buying from this company again.Update: After the review, the Geekom team from Amazon reached and replaced the faulty project. It seems Amazon and the site are managed by different teams. I’ve updated the review to 4 stars, and will keep testing the device.

Bought this in February to replace an aging tower PC.Has worked without problem until beginning of September when it randomly rebooted.Contacted Geekom support who were very responsive and Shirley worked with me on several diagnostics. Seemed likely it was the RAM, so ordered new RAM and system has been stable since.Shirley processed the payment to me for the new RAM immediately and I have to say what a pleasant experience dealing with Geekom and Shirley.

OK for Office work and general Internet
Very average / basic PC… Runs a little slow, struggles with WiFi signal strength where as our other devices don’t.An absolute PITA to set up – minimum requirement is a WIRED MOUSE! Wireless keyboards and mouse won’t work until after you have been through the initial set up.You would expect plug and play, especially with the lack of instructions. Amazon tech support was more than useless!
