I received this on march 6th 2025 and its already not working properly. There is a bad connection in the lead which cuts out the phone call and i am unable to hear the other person !! Useless product, do not buy or any other product from this firm `Wantek` who don`t even reply !

Spoiled by the controls
I feel this product is unfortunately spoiled by the way the controls are built into the line. They are a short distance away from the headset, so when you’re wearing it, they dangle down – it’s not long enough to rest on your lap or over on the table.This dangling weight is too heavy for the headset itself to support, so it keeps getting pulled off your ear. There is a clip on the line which I guess is to mitigate this effect, but the clip itself was below the controls, so was too far down to really give a sensible way of transferring that weight.I have prised the clip off from below, and moved it to above, so I can now suspend the weight of the controls from it and have slack cable above so it doesn’t pull on the headset… but this just seems like a simple thing that was got wrong.I have another headset which also has I line controls, but they are lighter and the headset is sturdier, so a clip isn’t needed at all. Shame this headset couldn’t have done that.

Got these for work calls on my work laptop, but the addition of the adapter makes it great for the iPad. I could easily give it 5 but itâs just a little tight, but Iâm sure itâs just newness fingers crossed because the sound is very clear as is my voice to other users ‘

Recommend. Have used this for hours at a time for meetings, and it is much better than busuness-proded Logitech. I wear glasses, andctge Logitech pressed into the temples so that they were uncomfortable after 15 minutes. This doesn’t do that and the sound is better, too.

The steps:1. Unplug headset from computer2. Turn computer off fully; don’t just “restart”, but shut it down completely. This clears the USB port memory.3. Turn the computer back on & try the headset againI used mic-test (dot) com to test it, both before & after following the steps.The rest: I really liked this headset from day one. Everyone on Zoom meetings could hear me clearly, and the headphones worked great for hearing everyone else loud & clear.After a few months of use about 5 hours per week, the mic stopped working in the middle of a Zoom meeting. I tried all sorts of settings, changing USB ports etc but nothing worked.I was back on Amazon to find a different pair but reached out to Amazon, first, for product support. The rep immediately suggested the steps above. (And since I was conducting the chat on the same computer, I was able to go into chat on my phone & resume the chat in preparation for turning off my computer – I just went back to the item in my Orders list and chose to open a chat, then the current chat showed up).I turned my computer off all the way, restarted it, plugged in my headset, and the mic worked again! So glad I don’t have to search for another. Thanks, Amazon rep!

Das Headset funktioniert gut.Einrichtung war kein Problem, da es automatisch von Windows erkannt wird.Der Sound ist klar und auch das Mikrofon ist vollkommen in Ordnung.Für Videocalls / Meetings / Office vollkommen ok.Musik kann man mit den Dingern jedoch nicht hören, da der Sound einfach zu flach ist.
