This item is good quality and value for money.It was easy to use and tighten/loosen accordinglyIt was comfortable, however the strap around the waste was a bit tight and couldnât be adjusted any further.The go-pro remained secure and we werenât concerned of it coming loose/falling.Good performing product and handy to have for activities

I use the mount for various tasks sometimes running some walking some less aggressive stuff.It feels cheap but it hasnât broken yet, the design is fine typical chest mount style, the harness itâs self is highly adjustable and quite comfortable when set correctly. You are able to use go pro style sliding plate mounts and it will accept the standard go pro finger mount.
