The sound quality is absolutely excellent. The imaging in games and with music is exceptional, I can clearly hear the direction and distinct quality of individual sounds. They are very comfortable.They let in more sound from outside than I expected which is actually a good thing for me so I can hear my dog barking or the doorbell ring – having said that if you are listening to something they block out enough that you wouldn’t for example hear the TV in the next room. That’s with the leather pads anyway – switch to the velour pads and they basically leak all sound in and out. When I tried them my partner said “are you sure they are headphones and not speakers?”. This sounds like a bad thing but I actually really appreciate that as a fan of open back headphones. They would drive my partner mad, so I’m sticking to the leather ones which are actually very comfortable.I don’t find them hot or sticky and they don’t make me sweat. The battery life is frankly unbelievably good, I charged them once when they arrived 9 days ago and I have been using them both for work calls and in the evenings gaming and I am on 73%. At this rate I will need to charge them once a month despite using them heavily.The controls are intuitive and easy to use, and I really like the little sounds it plays to indicate things like it being switched on / off, the mic being muted / unmuted, and switching between bluetooth and dongle.Some people seem to hate the GHUB software. I actually find it’s really good and easy to use.I initially had them plugged into a USB KVM switch I use to swap between my work and home PC but found that it didn’t provide the necessary bandwidth or power for the mic to work when plugged into that. As a result, I plugged it directly into the back of my home desktop for gaming, and paired the headset to my work laptop with bluetooth. So I use the dongle for gaming and bluetooth for work. That works fine, though the bluetooth volume in calls is very high even on extremely low volume in Windows for some reason. I have worked around this by changing the MS Teams volume to 20% in the Windows volume mixer in addition to having the system volume set to 20%, so the call sounds a good volume at just 20% of 20% volume. This isn’t something that should put you off IMO, it’s a minor inconvenience on what has otherwise exceeded my expectations in every regard.

Incredible sound
as someone who used the original G Pro’s (Gen 1s) for a good 5 years with my Steelseries DAC, comfort wise these improved massively over them, the swivel by the earcups makes for a much better head fit, the band is also wider so allows better accomodation of head sizes and earpads that come with the headset are incredible.Sound quality is hard to guage here as im using a DAC but im using it via 3.5mm and all I can say is, as someone whos used the G pro’s the Steelseries Arctis Pros and the newer Nova Pros (all on the same DAC) this headset blows them clear out of the water in sound, everything sounds “right” you have a much larger sound stage due to the 50mm drivers over the 40mm all these other headsets have, the Graphene drivers they use also offer “clear and clean” sound that isnt too bassy or mushy (assuming your EQ is set up right)Mic quality could be better but again as im using a DAC this removes that issue. not tried wireless (dont plan on) just wish logitech sold this headset in a wired only version to save money.

Great product. Not so great delivery.
This item was not wrapped or packaged in any way, The carrier lables was stuck to the actual headset box.This was an expensive item and was to be given as a present. Couldn’t get labels of without destroying the box.Disappointing.Headset is really good quality.

Really really bad, except if you fiddle with them
Sounds good ..for 40£ maximum..not 200£.Without dolby atmos on windows is almost unusable. In games u cannot hear footsteps…560s and dt770 pro are gaming gods. These are just bad..really bad.As for music…sounds like an average 40£ set. Microfibe is really bad also.Good connection..and comfort. Those are the only two positives i can think of. G535 si nds so much better, despite being 1/4th of the price.560s and beyer put them to shame.Stay away from it except if you wanna fiddle with the windows drivers in order to install dolby atmos on them. After that they do sound quite nice. But you need to do the work and stop using their software.

Useless till you are not chaning a few things…
So I bought 2 of this headset. The first when I try was horrible sound… Return on the 2nd day. After I found a reddit sub, where they write a few changes for this headset. I ordered again, and I tried them. And now it`s really 1 of the best in this category. DTS or Dolby atmos fully working… For gaming or movies it`s perfect.I`m not using the microphone, so the reviewes should be true which means it`s bad, but for me it`s not important at all.

Unos cascos que son de lo mejor que existe. Vengo de los Logitech G Pro X con cable, y la verdad que no esperaba notar una gran diferencia en sonido, pero si la he notado y para mucho mejor. Sonido más claro y distinguible, no puedo ponerle pegas al sonido, a mi parecer tanto graves como medios y agudos son bastante generosos.Buscaba algo inalámbrico y multidispositivo, si bien es cierto que no tiene cambio automático si recibes una llamada en el dispositivo bluetooth mientras estan en modo lightspeed, pero creo que es un contra menor. Se conecta de manera super rapida en modo Lightspeed (instantaneo), y bastante rapido en bluetooth (tarda como un par de segundos).He leido bastantes crÃticas sobre la calidad del microfono, si bien es cierto que no es el mejor, es muy bueno y sobre todo muy configurable, puedes configurarlo de manera que se escuche mejor que por defecto (una vez configurado cambia muchisimo y si se escucha muy bien).Puedes usarlo a la vez que lo cargas, y tambien de manera cableada, y todo a la vez tambien, porqué no jaja.Como contras puedo decir que con gafas es bastante incómodo, pero sin ellas es como si no llevaras puesto nada (una vez te acostumbras al peso).Otro contra, este si es mas relevante y esperaba que por este precio fuera asà es; la rueda de control de volumen no tiene clics, es infinita (cosa que me gusta, ya que controlas el volumen del dispositivo y no el de los auriculares) pero no tienes tacto a la hora de suber el volumen, no sabes si has subido 1 punto, o 4 puntos de volumen, a no ser que mires el indicador de windows.Mi conclusion es:Si tienes el dinero, quieres lo mejor, y ademas necesitas o te biene bien que sea multidispositivo. Compralo.Si bien quieres algo más económico o no te importa si es o no multidispositivo, unos HyperX Cloud Wireless (tanto los III como los Alpha), son mas baratos, y segun las reviews que he visto, la baterÃa dura muchisimo, el microfono por defecto es mejor, y la calidad de sonido parecida.
