No Instructions available.
It is a Keyboard but there is no manual. there are simply useless pages on HP Site, and it appears to have no serial number. I don’t know how to programme the buttons [the reason I purchased it] & don’t even know what the icons on some of the buttons represent. Until I resolve this, and I have tried, it is simply an expensive keyboard. WHERE IS THE SUPPORT?

Missing Backtick Key!
Be aware that this keyboard, despite being Mac-compatible, follows an ANSI layout and does not include the backtick/tilde (`/~) key between the left Shift and Z (which is standard on MacBooks and UK/ISO layouts).I noticed this before purchasing, but thought it would be helpful for others to know.
