This product has made it so easy to just get in the car and head off. Before I had to plug in but now itâs set up I only have to occasionally press Apple play and it starts other times it starts automatically.Very well priced so we bought another one for the husbands work van

This S1 Wireless CarPlay Adapter is a great little gadget if your car has wired CarPlay and you want to cut the cord. It plugs into your car’s USB port (supports both USB-A and C) and converts your existing wired connection to wireless, letting you access all your usual CarPlay features like navigation, music, and calls without having to plug your iPhone in every time. 1 Setup is pretty easy; you just plug it in, connect your phone via Bluetooth and WiFi once, and then it should auto-reconnect whenever you start the car. It’s super compact and tucks away nicely, reducing cable mess. It works with iPhones running iOS 10+ and cars from 2016 onwards that already have wired CarPlay. It maintains all the core functions just fine. I’m giving it 4 stars because, while it’s mostly reliable, sometimes there are very occasional, brief connection delays or hiccups that you just don’t get with a wired connection. Also, you absolutely must have working wired CarPlay in your car for this to function, which is a key limitation. But for the convenience of going wireless, it’s a solid performer.

Really disappointed with this adapter. It keeps disconnecting randomly while driving, which is super frustrating. Setup wasnât as “plug and play” as advertised, and the connection lag makes CarPlay almost unusable. wouldnât recommend.

I purchased this dongle as it was a cheaper alternative to the Carlink products and I thought that it may be worth testing out. I’m very happy with the way it works, it’s very easy to setup and connects flawlessly with my CarPlay. This works just as good as the Carlink products which are at least double the price. I highly recommend the Alltotive dongle!

Funziona ed è anche abbastanza facile da installare, per fortuna perché le istruzioni non le ho trovate così chiare, ma insomma una volta che hai scollegato il cellulare dal Bluetooth della macchina, lâapparecchio si collega al Bluetooth e poi devi collegare il cellulare allâapparecchio e funziona perfettamente. E mi pareva fosse di meno cari.
