Fantastic according to my better half!
Bought for my better half, to help with her ‘flashes’ (the ladies will understand!). Apparently it’s fantastic and provides instant, adjustable relief when it’s needed. The fans aren’t too loud that they disturb me when she’s using it (!), and the battery life is decent except when the cooling plate is activated – which significantly reduces the battery life. Highly recommended though

Disappointing
The fan and cooling plate functions are really good and the product is sturdy, comfortable and easy to use. However, from fully charged, it lasted less than 2 hours on the lowest setting before the charge ran down to 0% and it died. I recharged it to 100% and the same thing happened again.I’m assuming that this is a faulty unit (which can happen, of course) – however, since Amazon don’t offer an exchange, just a refund, I shan’t be bothering to wait for my £40 refund to come through before I can then order another one and hope it works this time! I’ve just ordered a new one from Shein instead (as the last one I bought from there was great and cost a fifth of the price! I just thought the folding and neck plate functions on this were an excellent idea – which they are – but a 2 hour charge is not!)

They work as should also nice and cool, but they are on the small side I’ve not got a big neck o head by any means and they still are small fitting whitch bring them up really close to ended side of your ears so it’s more like getting your ears blasted than a over all face neck. But they work fine and charge well so

Extremely comfortable n very strong
This is a genius invention! Especially for someone like myself who gets hot n sweaty around the neck n head area n it solves this problem perfectly with a constant flow of cold air around that area. The low speed settings is just enough to combat the heat n the noise level is low enough not to be a bother. It took just under 3hrs to fully charge it n on a low blow the battery lasts about 10-18hrs n the cooling plate on the back of the neck is really cold! I personally think it’s great value for money n it also folds away for easy storage n popping in your handbag etc. I’ve got a thickish neck n it’s so comfortable too. Out of many on the market I think this is unbeatable.

Poor battery life, the cooling plate does go cold but then the back of it seems to get hot which is counter productive.Quite disappointed with this product for the price.

Absolutely loved the battery life on this fan! I work 12 hr shifts and wear PPE while I run back and forth all day long in a clinic that maintains a continues temperature 72 degrees or more so I sweat like an NFL linebacker.. Im positive that this fan has stopped me from passing out multiple times a day it strong enough to cool u down without really compromising ur hearing.. I will say that I wish it was alittle more comfortable and adjustable my ears get a little cold from it blowing on them the whole time. It would be incredible to be able to angle the fan down ur neck instead of just only up the hole time.. it sits loosely on ur neck so it can flop around alittle but it doesn’t fall off.. I did break both of my fans in the same spot (on the rt side where it bends to fold up) they both still work but there’s no support now and will fall rt off my neck. Neither one made it past 3 months before breaking. Putting them on and taking them off there’s no give so the snap easily.. I knew this after the first one broke so I was extra cautious w the 2nd one and it still broke inthe exzact same spot.. I just bought 2 more from 2 other makers to try out I’m worried they won’t hold up to my expectations regarding the battery life like this one has.. I turned it on and off on low all day long and I would bump it up to high for a min or two if needed the battery only died one time on me w the first one and it lasted tell the end of my 12 hr shift … so I may purchase this product again if I’m not happy w the 2 others I have coming rt now from Amazon because this is a must have if I wanna be able to work w out dripping sweat all over people lol lol.. hope this review helps.

The only reason I not going to give it a completely low grade is because it does cool you off a lot even on the low speed. I just won’t be ordering it from here any more. I’ve bought two of them and both have broke very easily. The first time I believed it to be my fault but the second time was for sure not my fault. I also wanted the one in the picture and to my dismay I did not get that so poor advertisement. The first one was quite but the second was loud and made it hard for me to hear others, this is bad because with my job I have to hear what people are say constantly and it’s hot so I would have to choose, to hear them or be hot. I like it when it works but I’ll be going to a different buyer for my next one.
