Quality Lights from Philips
Great alternative to Hue products also made by Philips. These do not require a hub and have been fairly reliable with their WiFi connection despite having 15 of them. Pair easily with the Wizmote remote controls. Odd quirk with the app can require you to sign out and back in if you get constant error messages. But other than that, work great.

Good price. Works with Matter. Good support
Just bought these to test the Matter integration with Home Assistant. I needed some support help to get the Matter integration set up and they were responsive and helpful. The lamps work with Matter, are bright and tunable – the matter integration controls work fast too.The only real issue to be aware of is you need to have a 2.4Ghz only wifi network for these and your phone when setting them up.

I had some cheaper Wi-Fi smart bulbs and have now replaced them all with Wiz bulbs. They just work, period. The cheaper ones were fiddly to set up and always dropping off the network or not doing what they should. With the addition of a Wiz-mote means no more arguments with Alexa who seems less helpful these days.

Connection issues
There is a reason these are much cheaper than philips hue lamps. Set up is hit and miss. I tried to connect 4 lamps at the same time and one would simply not play ball. I then disconnected the others and it magically worked. Since then I have had random intermittent loss of connection to some of the lamps, meaning I have to turn off and on again. Not ideal when they are at high level with no switch. These are located outside approx 5m from a ubiquiti unifi LR AP so there is clearly no WiFi issues. If you are on a budget they do look OK and the scenes are quite nice for ambient light, but if you can afford I would definitely recommend philips hue over these

Really good bulbs – easy to connect and control.
I was a little worried about buying these after reading the reviews. However I have 7 WiZ bulbs already in our lounge that I love and have been really easy to set up, so I thought Iâd try them.I bought two packs for our kitchen, all I had to do was put in the bulbs, turn on the app and turn the lights on. The app automatically found the lights and they were added to my app. The whole set up, including swapping the four bulbs, took less than 10 minutes.I would definitely recommend!

Easy to use, not so easy to install…
Installed these in batches of 3 throughout various rooms. 1 in 3 of the lights would not install using the automatic method, having to faff around with wifi networks and do manual install.But saying that, once installed, they’re pretty easy to use.Only downside once installed, depending on brightness and light colour chosen, they can flicker.

I have a space in my house where I wanted to do my gaming and thoughts id try these out. I did alot a comparisons with other brands, but found these to be perfect for my use. The app is easy to use and the set up is also easy. The product sync as required with Google home assist. As an added bonus these GU10 are more energy efficient than what was installed in the house.

Witam. Å»arówki zakupiÅem do ubikacji. ZamysÅ byÅ taki żeby w godzinach nocnych żarówki ÅwieciÅy delikatnie. Cóż niestety buczenie które dobiegaÅo z żarówek dyskwalifikowaÅo je. Nie nie pomogÅo, buczaÅy w każdym trybie ÅwiatÅa. Kolejna sprawa to szkoda że nie robiÄ mocniejszych żarówek 5W to maksymalna wartoÅÄ jakÄ robiÄ z obsÅugÄ WI-FI. Normalnie używam 7W przez co bardzo odczuÅem mniejszÄ moc. Mam inne żarówki tej marki i nie ma z nimi tego typu problemów. Nie polecam.
