Clear sound and freedom to move around
I have been using a corded headset up to know but always found a problem as the cord was too short from where my computer is placed, thus reducing my capacity to move around whilst plugged in. Further, the cord would often get in the way if trying to type on the keyboard or turn and wanting to write something.This unit has provided the perfect solution being cord free, comfortable with a well padded earphone and the best thing is the padding to the top section that goes over your head, making it comfortable for those online meetings that run a little longer than expected.It was relatively easy to set up with my Windows 10 machine and is instantly picked up now whenever I turn on the headset. Sound clarity is great and volume can be controlled by the headset or the computer.Once connected up, every time you power up the headset it tells you it is pairing and then it also tells you it is connected which takes away any concerns about being connected or not.There is a light built into the side which also indicates what the unit is doing and when the battery needs charging. It uses a standard USB-C connection for charging and seems to run for quiet a long period before it needs a charge, although it is recommended to charge it up on a regular basis.The design of the unit means the headset can be used on your left or your right ear as the mic swivels around about 270 degrees, so ideal for everyone.Overall seems like a great headset, comfortable to use and well built. The size adjustment has a firm solid feel so it will not just loosen up like some cheaper units do.

Good quality and works well
I bought this for phone calls with my parents who are both around 70 now and are starting to have trouble with their hearing. The mic and the noise-cancelling together mean that your voice comes across much more clearly than a wired or wireless headset where in most cases microphones are of a low quality. Both parents report a noticeable increase in audio quality in our phone calls.The only other option is to hold the phone next to your head or something like this and this headset allows you to keep your hands free.I opted for a headset with only one speaker and I’m not sure if I’d prefer one with speakers on both sides as I think it might feel more balanced and it is easy to wear one headphone slightly off the ear to allow a certain level of ambient noise to creep in so you can be aware of your surroundings.Mic quality isn’t amazing; it’s better than telephone quality but very mid-range in frequency response compared to even many webcam/smartphone mics but if you’re using it to communicate speech and only speech, it’s more than good enough; just don’t expect to record your garage band’s demo on it.The voice prompts aren’t exactly at the level of a Sony product but you don’t have to hear them too often and most people probably won’t care.

Good quality but not for long term use
3 stars as the item is of good quality and it works well as it says. Unfortunately for me after 15 minutes of wearing it my ear was hot and it started feeling uncomfortable, this is due to the weight. My current wired headset weighs close to nothing I forget I have it on sometimes. For this reason I have started a return but happy with quality and not having any wires getting in the way.

Good buy
It blocks out all external noise especially if a baby is crying in the background. It’s of good quality. Easy to use too.

LISTEN !! I work from home and I’ve been trying to find a Good Headset that actually is noise cancellation and this one is it!!!! I just have my tv show playing the background as I wait for my next call or if am on hold. SO THESE ARE PERFECT 🤗. Get them while they at a GOOD PRICE. It’s a trucker headset and let me tell you. If a truck driver wear these and you can hear them loud and clear, then there’s your Answer. Truckers have a lot of Nosies in there cabin area.
