Quality of product POOR
Unfortunately the item I received was faulty and I am returning it. I am disappointed that I still have to order and wait for a replacement and further more, I have had to spend time and effort, wrapping, printing and returning it. I now have to wait in for collection by Royal Mail. Regards Unhappy Customer.

Good charger for a pair of NP-F970 type batteries
This is a good charger, it easily charges a pair of batteries at the same time with clear charge status on the LCD panel. I like that this one runs from AC power for faster charging as most seem to use USB connections. In the box is also a plug to power the charger from a car cigarette lighter socket for charging of batteries in the car.

Failed from the start
I needed a battery charger for Sony F550 for my Blackmagic Vision assist. Purchased this as couldn’t find the Sony original charger. I was going to go for a cheaper model but as this charges two batteries at same time and was guaranteed to work with my batteries I paid for this dearer model.Right from the off after unpacking the figure 8 240volt lead struggled to fit in the charger power port. Persevered and all lit up. I rain the Sony batteries to stop. There was less than 10% in the batteries. Put both in the charger but both registered 90%. Minutes later went to 100% and stoped charging. Put it back in Vision assist … 9%. So decided maybe need to charge one at a time …. I know I know its a dual charger but hey at this stage try anything. Immediately went to 90 % charged couple m9ins switched off. Dug out load batteries ran them to stop and everything starts at 90%.So …returning it. Buying something else. What a waste of time. effort, money etc.

Would be a good product, but… one of the two stations packed up after two charges. Now, it only charges one battery at a time. Not Happy.

Unit is different to photos on listing plus shows battery charging even when no battery is inserted!
This arrived on time and nicely packaged. Unfortunately thats the end of the good points. The unit I received has a different display to that shown. Mine has green bars that animate as the batteries charge. There is no percentage charge readout. The batteries do charge but more worryingly when I removed them one of the displays stayed lit and at one point the green bars started animating again as if there was an invisible battery still in there slot! I have 8 batteries that fit this unit of varying makes including genuine Sony and 3rd party ones, didn’t make any difference which type I used, still the display malfunctioned. Will be returning for refund and my search for a good quality dual charger continues.

Best one out there
There are a lot of options chargers on the market, and I think this one is the best one out there. It is so low profile, no detachable cables that are too long, just one built in cable that tucks into the bottom. Truly as simple as it can be. I love that it stands the batteries up instead of laying them down, which saves even more space. LCD Screens show battery levels for each battery, and they appear to accurate. Can’t have enough of these. Will definitely buy again.
