Beikell 4 in 1 USB C & USB 3.0 Card Reader AdapterThe Beikell card reader comes packed in a small colour printed box, the device is inside in a plastic packet. There is also a user guide which is quite comprehensive.The card reader is a fairly small unit with the USB C plug on a generous (nearly 50cm) length of lead. The connecting plug is a USB A type and a USB C converter is also moulded onto the end of the lead. The Beikell reader accepts both SD and micro SD pattern cards, the SD socket can also accept MMC type cards, and there are sockets for Compact Flash and Memory Stick cards.I have recently wanted to clone some Micro SD cards and I already have several card readers, many of which claim to be able to read and write to the inserted cards simultaneously but donât, in fact, they only recognise the first card that is inserted. However, this Beikell card reader works perfectly. Of course, I had to put one of the Micro SD cards into a standard SD converter but that was all.I also use the Beikell reader for transferring files to a 3D printer using a Raspberry Pi 4b SBC to run Octoprint. Having access to two cards speeds things up when making alterations to a design as I can easily copy files between the cards in one go. The previous method required copying files to the PC, swapping cards and then back again.

Compact and does the job
Seems to be of good quality and is a compact size. Bought this to clear camera memory card and thought it would be quicker than using the camera itself. So far that doesnât seem to be the case.

Can’t believe that I got so much technology for such a cheap price. Very easy to set up and use. Does feel a little fragile for something that is going spend most of its time fighting for space in a full desk drawer but still great value for money.

I got a new 3d printer that only works with an sd card, and I wanted something more substantial than a usb stick convertor. This is great because it has slots for almost any kind of memory card you can think of. I’ve been holding onto a beat-up compact flash drive from an old Canon camera that I didn’t think I’d ever see the contents of again. With this reader, I was able to recoup a bunch of photos from 2008.It can plug in to both a usb-a and usb-c port. The size is hard to lose, but small enough to tote around easily. The color, which I wouldn’t describe as gold, is an innocuous tan. This is going to serve me well.

El pedido llegó muy rápido y debidamente protegido, el lector de tarjetas de la marca Beikell (Modelo B6316), con conector principal USB tipo A 3.0 y adaptador USB tipo C 3.0 con una longitud de cable de 50 cm, se corresponde con las imágenes del anuncio (30.07.2023).Se trata de un adaptador de tarjetas 4 en 1, es un modelo adecuado para tarjetas del tipo SD, SDHC, SDHX, MicroSD, Micro SDHC, MicroSDXC, MS Duo, MS Pro Duo y tarjetas Compact Flash (Con diferentes estándares de velocidad). Es compatible con Sistemas Operativos de Windows 11-10-8-7, Mac OS, Chrome OS y Linux, además también es compatible con dispositivos OTG, mayoritariamente (Móviles Android con puerto OTG).En mi caso he probado varios tipos de tarjetas con diferentes velocidades, y la velocidad de lectura y escritura son las adecuadas para los estándares de las tarjetas que he probado. Siendo el máximo de que he podido alcanzar es de 95,82 MB/s de lectura y 86,13 MB/s de escritura con una tarjeta MicroSD UHS-1 U3 A2, obviamente con tarjetas de alta velocidad obtendréis velocidades más altas.El lector de tarjetas funciona perfectamente, el único modelo de tarjeta que no he podido probar es la Compact Flash, el resto de tarjetas funcionan muy bien y he podido recuperar archivos de algún modelo antiguo.* Totalmente recomendable, ya que permite tener al mismo tiempo varias tarjetas conectadas, cosa que otros modelos tipo HUB, sólo permiten 1 tarjeta al mismo tiempo. Este modelo permite tener 4 tipos de tarjetas simultáneamente.** Este modelo cuenta con un LED de color azul, indicador de Lectura y escritura (Muy útil).
