Helps screw-in stabilisers sit nicely on your keyboard
When you’re building a keyboard, often the stabilisers are the biggest problem. Whether they rattle or don’t sit tightly on the board, they can be a real hassle. These pads sit beneath the stabiliser and give it an extra surface that helps seat them properly. There’s even a small foam pad for the stabiliser wire to rest upon, which eliminates another source of problems.I’ve used a few different films for stabilisers and these are good. They don’t stand out as amazing, but they do as good a job as any I’ve tried. It’s a solid recommendation from me.

Nice ready made BandAid
While you do not get a lot for your money these are a very good ready made “BandAid” for plate mount stabilisers for mechanical keyboards. These are made from silicone which does have en effect on the sound profile of the stabilisers. Small bits of foam are also provided to sit under the stabiliser wire to minimise “rattle”. Overall if you like a neat finish and want try a different material to the usual foam then these are of a good quality and easy to apply/
