Not a great sound experience
Not that good. Microphonics (e.g slight vibrations of the cable through touching/rubbing against clothing etc) is amplified resulting in a very annoying and unpleasant experience when talking.

Unusable mute functionality and uncomfortable to wear
Nowhere near as good as old sennheiser headsets. Call quality is OK and sound isolation is good, but that’s about it.- “Flip up mic to mute” instead of a remote on the cord – why??? Absolutely stupid feature. I like to mute and unmute quickly in meetings using a button in my hand. Flipping the boom up and down is slow and extremely clunky. Guess ditching the remote saved money, but usuability is heavily compromised.- Earpads are non breathable plastic and too tight so your head feels like it’s stuck in an airtight box and your ears get too hot. Every single movement of the cable makes low scratchy noises in your ears.- People sometimes complain they can’t hear me when using this headset because my voice is “fading in and out”. Not a problem with other headsets so assume it’s this one at fault.Do yourself a favour and buy something else!

He tenido la oportunidad de probar este headset y debo decir que estoy muy impresionado con la calidad de construcción. Desde el momento en que lo saqué de la caja, se siente robusto y bien diseñado. Los materiales utilizados son de alta calidad, lo que le da una sensación premium.Los almohadillas son cómodas y se ajustan perfectamente, lo que permite largas sesiones de uso sin molestias. Además, el diseño es elegante y moderno, lo que lo hace atractivo a la vista.

Das Headset Impact 460T von EPOS wird in einem bedruckten Karton versendet. Das Headset selbst ist in einer praktischen Transporttasche aus Filzstoff verpackt. Die Ohrmuscheln sind noch zusätzlich mit einer Abdeckung versehen, um die weichen Ohrmuscheln vor Druckstellen zu schützen.Im Lieferumfang sind noch Faltblätter mit Sicherheitshinweisen und eine Kurzanleitung incl. QR-Code. Dieser konnte mein Smartphone leider nicht lesen, so musste ich die Website per Hand eintippen, welche aber kurz war. Leider wird man aktuell auf einer 404-Seite landen, mit dem Hinweis âDie von Ihnen gesuchte Seite existiert nichtâ. Vielleicht wird die Seite noch eingerichtet. Das Headset selbst wird auf der Herstellerseite auch nur über die Sucheingabe gefunden und kurz ein paar Funktionen erklärt.Die Tasten unten sind für laut und leiser. Die Tasten oben, die auf der Kurzanleitung angedeutet sind, existieren beim Impact 460T nicht.Zum Gespräche annehmen reicht es, wenn der Mikrofonarm gesenkt wird, was leichter gehen könnte. Die Hörertaste auf dem Mikrofonarm beendet das laufende Gespräch. Der Arm kann in beide Richtungen gesenkt werden, so kann man aussuchen, ob man den Mikrofonarm links oder rechts haben möchte. Am Headset fehlt allerdings, oder gerade deswegen, ein Hinweis welche Seite die Rechte oder die Linke ist.Die leuchtende Taste unterhalb des Mikrofonarms hatte bei mir keine Funktion ausgelöst. Zumindest ist nichts passiert beim Drücken. Eine Software seitens Hersteller war zum Testzeitpunkt noch nicht online. Vielleicht wird noch eine zur Verfügung gestellt, in der man Einstellungen vornehmen kann.Ein Rezensent schreibt von einer Bluetooth-Verbindung?! Dieses Headset ist kabelgebunden und hat kein Bluetooth-Modul eingebaut. Wird auch in der Produktbeschreibung nicht erwähnt.Wenn das Kabel an Kleidungsstücken reibt, entstehen Geräusche, die im Lautsprecher hörbar sind. Man hört sie nur selbst, die Person am anderen Ende hört das nicht.Die Position des Armes muss sehr genau auf die richtige Höhe gebracht werden. Mir hat der andere Gesprächsteilnehmer immer mal wieder gemeldet, dass ich zu leise wäre. Ich habe dann den Mikrofonarm um 1-2 cm höher oder tiefer bewegt, bis ich dann wieder die richtige Lautstärke für den anderen hatte. Diese Empfindlichkeit empfand ich eher als Nachteil, hat aber den Vorteil, dass Umgebungsgeräusche gut herausgefiltert wurden. Musik im Hintergrund konnte der Gegenüber nicht hören, nur meine Stimme war zu hören.Die Sprach- und Hörqualität entspricht der Preisklasse. Stimmen wurden gut rübergebracht. Bei diesem Headset ist klar der Fokus auf Teams gelegt. Musik hören war ok.
