It works well but slips
This cooling pad has done really well. We attached it to the buggy and the fit is good. At first. And we checked our son throughout our walk in the hot son and his back was really cool still.But the pad just slips down as there is no grip on it. You might have better results in a different t buggy but it was quite annoying for us. He was closer to the floor with his feet and when we put him in we really had to pull and hold it up.So overall itâs a good product that works well for cooling. But itâs might only be suited to certain buggies. Sadly thereâs no way to know before you buy it.

A High-Quality, Effective Cooling Pad Liner
This is a very nice, high-quality cooling pad liner for a pushchair or car seat. It has a good weight to it and feels durable. The surface is easy to wipe clean, and the size is generous; it will comfortably fit from baby size right through to larger toddlers and will also help protect the material of your expensive pushchair or car seat.The pad genuinely feels cooler to the touch than the surrounding temperature, and if its really hot you can put it in the fridge for a few minutes prior to use. I also think it would work really well placed under a cotton cot sheet to help keep a baby cool at night or during a fever.I chose the grey star design, which looks crisp, clean, and neutral, and should match well with most pushchair styles.In summary, this is an excellent quality product that performs as promised. Great cooling Pad For Cars seat or stroller. Not made from gel so not to worry about holes. Feels really premium but it is very very heavy I believe due to the fact of the material used. Can be hand-washed. Arrived in plastic bag and straight out from the bag the mat was really cooler vs room temperature and it was warm day. So really happy with it so far and one advantage is that is easy to clean. Thank you.

Pushchair Gel Pad
I have a couple of gel packs for the dogs and they are brilliant! So when I saw this I ordered it for our little girl – and it is excellent quality! Just the same brilliant gel pad, but I think this is better quality than my dog ones. The surface of the gel pad feels nice and smooth, the gel feels dense or thick, you get the idea. And I store it in the fridge! In my opinion this is a must have. I can see the convenience and the quality in the price point.

I would use this more as a cot cooler for a hot afternoon for a hot child.Iâm not sure how the cutouts would survive in a pushchair as they are quite thin.Nice and cool if a little hard.

Un materassino da appoggiare sul passeggino (o sul seggiolino auto, sul seggiolone, o sul lettino) per tenere fresco il tuo bimbo. Il materassino contiene un materiale ârinfrescanteâ, che diventa tale tenendo il materassino per qualche minuto in luogo ombreggiato o, ancor meglio, in frigo. Ti chiederai se ci sta: sì, perché piegato è un bel mattoncino 20×35 cm, alto un paio di centimetri. Capisci subito che non è un materassino qualsiasi quando lo sollevi: pesa quasi un chilo e mezzo.ð¥ INFORMAZIONI UTILIââ La descrizione proclama che nel materassino non câè un gel liquido ma un âgel solidoâ. Una delle immagini specifica invece che non câè nessun gel. La soluzione del mistero è che il materassino contiene Carbossimetilcellulosa (CMC). Questa ha la capacità di trattenere una grande quantità d’acqua, formando un “idrogelâ stabile, che non cola. à una sostanza non tossica, tanto è vero che la usano anche come addensante (E466) nellâindustria alimentare; la trovi nel Nesquik Latte e Cacao. Se nel materassino ci fosse un normale gel, questo potrebbe fuoriuscire in caso di rottura, e venire a contatto con la pelle del bambino. Il pargolo, comâè tipico dei pargoli, potrebbe pure metterselo in bocca. Non il massimo, specie se consideri che non tutti i gel sul mercato sono conformi agli standard di sicurezza.ð´â Attenzione, qualche minuto in frigo va benissimo, ma non metterlo assolutamente in freezer (come invece si fa con altri tipi di gel, ad esempio quei cuscinetti che si usano per le contusioni). Il âgel solidoâ contenuto nel materassino, se si congela, potrebbe alterarsi irreversibilmente e diventare grumoso e poco confortevole. E potrebbe formare cristalli di ghiaccio, magari appuntiti, che troverebbero il modo di danneggiare il rivestimento.ð´â Le istruzioni dicono di non esporlo a fonti di calore. Non metterlo in microonde (diversamente da come fai con i cuscinetti in gel che usi per il mal di pancia o di schiena), nemmeno in previsione di uscite in passeggino invernali. Ma eviterei anche di lasciare il materassino per ore in unâauto chiusa sotto il sole cocente; oltre a rovinarsi, poi potrebbe scottare.ð´â Puoi lavarlo a mano, ma non metterlo in lavatrice.
