Can’t fault it for use in a video camera recording vehicle footate, great value for seven pounds.
Having recently obtained a video camera for my vehicle, I needed a reasonably sized memory stick of class 10 for recording footage whilst I was driving. Being a fan of Toshiba (I used to sell laptops and Toshiba was one of my most successful vendors) I selected this from the multitude of suppliers available. I’ve had issues with cheap unbranded Chinese imports in the past so was hoping for something more reliable.It arrives in cardboard blister packaging, as in the image displayed, and includes an adaptor to allow it to fit a standard SD slot. I’ve not tested the adaptor.Installation was simply pushing into the slot the right way round. Micro SD cards have a notch to prevent full insertion upside down, but it’s not always obvious from the device you’re using which way the card should be inserted.I’ve not tested read and write speeds on my laptop, but suffice to say that the card works perfectly in the video camera it was bought for. The camera records in 1080P so requires a fairly high data rate, and this Toshiba stick copes without issues. I’ve viewed the footage recorded on my phone and it is clear with minimum pixilation.I can’t really fault it at this stage. Having been installed for just a few weeks I can’t comment on the longevity of the product, but will update should any issues arise. At around seven pounds I think this is excellent value.

Perfect dash-cam card
I recently bought a new Nextbase 512GW dash-cam and needed a larger capacity, faster SD card. I’d read a lot of reviews on cards suitable for dash-cams, there are varying reports on whether you need a specific type of card due to the constant write cycles demanded by a dash-cam and also the issue with camera batteries dying mid-write. I found that the Toshiba Exceria range had been covered by a couple of sites and rated highly for being in the middle of the performance/price area for dash-cam performance. The camera seems to have no issue reading and writing to/from the card and transfer speeds seem reasonable when connected to a USB3 port with a micro SD to USB adapter.Longevity and reliability will be key here but only time will tell on that, if I have any problems I’ll update this review but from the first couple of weeks of use I have seen no problems with this card.

Ok but has speed issues
As a storage device then this is great. 128gb for the price is amazing. What let’s this down is the speed. I used this with the shield k1 tablet and when apps are on the device they work great but when moved to SD card they can suffer from slow down. Other than that the card is great. A good deal of apps work without flaw and emulation and photos aren’t affected.

Vast storage, high speed, small price… this is the 21st century!!
Turned my 2nd hand gifted smartphone into a 30+ gig music player, and that’s after I’d downloaded an album art-grabbing app. The 32 gig unit was the largest my smartphone accepted so it’s worth checking your device of course. This card is pure science fiction for me. A decade ago half a gig could be over twenty quid. Now we have tens of gig for under a tenner, high performing and reliable!!My advice is because the price point between branded units and unbranded units, and high and low performances, is so narrow spend the extra pound or two and get the branded high speed units, and the Toshiba High Speed fits that bill perfectly.

From 32GB to 164GB (ish)
This review covers usage of this memory card following its purchase in March 2016. This little marvel was bought with the express purpose of going straight into a Nintendo Switch gaming console. From memory there was little to no ceremony around the process – just stick the memory card into the system, follow whatever prompts come up on the screen and away you go.More often than not the target device or system will be able to format the card to suit its needs but I can only vouch for my use case.As at the time of writing I have had no issues with it, speed and performance in the system is perfectly fine and the space is a useful addition!

no bumps but just perfect for recording real 4K videos @ 30fps
I Bought this 64GB micro SD card for my GoPro 4 session, SJCAM SJ7000 star, & Olympus TG-tracker action cams, this micro SD card works flawlessly, no stutter, no bumps but just perfect for recording real 4K videos @ 30fps. I have no doubt they will also record 4K videos @ 60fps too, I tried a few before stumbling on these gems .I am about to buy another two soon so the cams can have their own cards instead of swapping around one card between the three..My review is not based on getting anything free in return for a good review, i paid full price and am very happy with my purchase, i highly recommend them for all your digital needs..

Good size SD card at a great price
This SD was a really low price so I thought I would try it to see if it would work in my cheap Chinese smartphone. The phones maximum capacity for the external card was 32GB so I didn’t expect it to work fully but using ES file explorer it showed the full 64GB and I know have 900 songs, loads of pics and a couple of videos on my phone. I am very satisfied with this but the packaging is not very good. You have to put a lot of force to get the card out of the plastic and you could damage it when you do so.I was so concerned I was going to wreck it that I carefully used a sharp blade and carefully cut around the plastic and got both the micro sd and the adapter out successfully.

Mi serviva una microsd per il mio Raspberry PI3+ e dopo averne provate un paio di altra marca mi sono orientato su questa Toshiba.Le altre due microsd che ho provato purtroppo mi creano problemi con l’utilizzo del raspberry perché è un oggetto particolare e poco gestibile da questo punto di vista.In ogni caso 16GB sono più che sufficienti ma questa versione ExceriaPRO si è distinta subito per velocità di lettura e scrittura (rispetto ai modelli che utilizzavo precedentemente) e di affidabilità perché adesso non ho più crash del kernel e il filesystem non si corrompe più!Devo dire che sono soddisfatto! Le capacità maggiori hanno un prezzo leggermente sopra la media ma a mio avviso la qualità è ottima.Consigliata!
