Works perfectly with Lync 2013
Does exactly what it needs to works well with Lync and/or Skype for business. Clear and easy to use no drivers needed.

A really great product!
I just love these headphones – what a great quality product.I am not very au fait with IT but even I could set these up!They come in a handy zipped bag which prevents damage when storing them in my desk drawer. They are very comfortable to wear, and have easy-to-use controls.I’ve saved the best until last: the sound quality – they are superb. Most highly recommended!

Good for skyping
Installing this headset is fairly straightforward, but involves a bit more than plug and play. I installed them to a windows 7 laptop: the computer recognises the headset and starts a download programme that installs fairly easily. I then had to set up sound controls to make them work: 10 – 15 mins, start to finish, but my laptop is getting quite slow. In use they are good: clear audio and voice: I use them to skype and they work well and I am not aware of any leakage, but I have not used them to listen to music. The headset is comfortable, feeling quite light and a bit plasticky, but still well made and not of poor quality. I don’t know what they would be like to use all day long, but for half an hour to 45 minutes they are easy to wear and not at all uncomfortable.

Better than 5 stars!! Quality..
Very comfortable to wear on myself of my 7 year old son. Used in USB port on Apple Mac computer. The sound is very clear for music and speech. The music has a clear base sound and a great range. It’s made robustly and a good quality look and made to last. You press the sides of the disk to adjust the sound. You can also do mute or answer calls but we have not used it for that. It’s good as my youngest son can use the computer without disturbing anyone else in the house.

Plug & Play Simplicity
Plug and play – it was as easy as that with my two Windows 8.1 computers (one a laptop). One reviewer here has had problems but I’m wondering if that isn’t down to their individual computer for I had none at all. The headset was recognised immediately and the software auto-installed from Windows within, say, 30 seconds (I guess it automatically downloaded from Windows update). The headset is very comfortable to wear (a larger than average man’s head!) and is fully adjustable. The microphone is high quality and the headphones are very good indeed. I am using these mostly with Dragon NaturallySpeaking and they work perfectly (voice to text software) but they work in all Windows applications so far used without issue.

Crisp and clear sound but you’ll need to download drivers to use them
These are the first USB headphones that I’ve owned, and so far I’ve had mixed success with them. When I plugged them into the desktop PC that I use for work every day, the drivers failed to install and nothing that I do can persuade them work. We are using an older version of Windows and the whole thing is gradually grinding to a halt, but this wasn’t exactly any comfort. When I plugged the headphones into our newer laptop, however, the drivers installed fine, and the headphones were easy enough to set up. They’re reasonably comfortable to wear and the controls attached to the cable are handy and intuitive to use. They feel a little lightweight and I’m slightly concerned that we’ll find a way to break them soon enough, but the sound quality is crisp and clear and the microphone works brilliantly. As a sidenote, the much that the headphones come in for storage is pretty useless. A small point, but I certainly wouldn’t call it a selling point or even worth adding to the product listing.

Great Headset, Poor Instructions
The headphones and microphone work pretty well both for listening to music or for on-line chatting with services such as Skype and fit my fairly big head. The only negative I found was the user instructions which effectively tell you to plug it in to your computer.I am using Windows 7 and after you plug in the USB cable the required drivers which are built into Windows will install but don’t expect to hear anything. You have to go to control panel, hardware and sound, and under sound category select manage audio devices.Under the playback and recording tab just make sure the JABRA Evolve 30 MS is set to be the default device. The headset should then work properly and your PC should select the inbuilt sound devices when the headset is not plugged in.With my Dell laptop I can get the volume to be uncomfortably loud and this level can be adjusted using the in-cord remote which can also mute the microphone and start and end a call (depending I guess on your application). The headset chord is a generous length, 90cm from the USB to the in-cord control and 115cm from the control to the headset.A padded storage case is also provided. The left and right speakers do not seem to be marked L & R but from what I can see the one with the microphone should be the right ear (you can swivel the mic enough so it can be on the left should you require).

Almost Perfect
I like this headset. it installed instantly on my Windows 7 laptop with no need to install anything. Skype immediately picked it up, and it worked absolutely fine form the get-go. Very convenient having a volume control, call answer and mute in-line on the cord. Microphone works well, and sound quality is nice and clear. Having audio in both earphones is a definite plus, and helps block-out background noise. The headband is adjustable, and the ear cups swivel, so you can get them well seated over your ears. One cool feature is that you can swivel the microphone 180 degrees from one side to the other, so you can have it (and the lead) coming from either the left of right earphone. Feels and looks nicely made, but it’s not exactly a ‘luxury’ finish. My only real criticism is that the foam used in the ear pads could have been slightly less stiff. That would have made them that little bit nicer to use for long periods. That said, they’re not uncomfortable. Just less comfortable than they could have been. Would perhaps be nice to offer softer ones as a replaceable item. All ear pads wear out eventually.
