Great Product
This is a brilliant gadget that really helped me. I had recently bought a new soundbar and subwoofer for my gaming system. The TV for this system is mounted on the wall and couldn’t be mounted back onto the wall which was a disaster as an optical cable is the best to maximise the quality of sound from your tv. All of the HDMI ports are on the side, but on my tv, the optical cable is in the back (really bad design). This gadget saved the day and has really improved the sound of my tv. Great product, and great design.

Just what I needed
Never thought I would need something like this but I found myself with a dilemma, rearrange my amplifier area or find an optical cable that did not stick out as far as normal, as I needed to move the amp back just an inch.I decided to see if an angled adapter existed and when I saw it I ordered straight away.It does exactly as it should. The connection is nice and solid at both ends and I am confident I have not lost any signal quality.Very pleased with the quality, feels substantial enough to last and for the fix it gave me, really was a nominal price.Great value, so pleased I found it.

Doesn’t always work
Bought this adaptor so that the cable cover on rear of flat TV can be fitted, because the original Toslink straight cable prevented this. Objective achieved for fit but unfortunately there is a lot of sound distortion at some angles of insertion, but OK at other angles. There is also frequently no sound transmitted at all, which requires the adaptor to be removed and reinserted – this causes a lot of lip-sync problems. When it does work, however, the sound quality is satisfactory. For an unknown reason this item is not returnable – strange.

Good value, works well
Quality seemed a little cheap, however the connector works very well and is a compact solution. Initial connection provided some distortion but after reinserting following a clean with the cloth provided it works well. There is a delay between sound and picture which had to be altered on TV etc but don’t think this is down to the connector.

great inexpensive fix to poor tv port design
Brilliant and does exactly what I needed. Discovered when we fitted the tv to the wall, the bracket was obscuring the outlet for the audio as it required the cable to be pushed in perpendicular to the tv. With this, we could route the connector downwards away from the bracket and allow the cable to be pushed up inside the bracket and into the tv. Absolutely no sound in sound quality and works perfectly. Shame tv designers didn’t think to put the ports facing downwards on the back of the tv, but this is an inexpensive fix to such a problem and works perfectly,

Funktioniert einwandfrei, durch das schwer gängige drehen bleibt er auch in der gewünschten Position stehen ohne duch Gewicht des Kabels verstellt zu werden. Einzigstes kleines Manko ich musste das Anschlusskabel mit leichter Gewalt hineindrücken, was aber wieder zu besserem halt führt.

Allowed me to drape my cable connections to the back of my TV at a 90 degree angle strait down to the floor. This allowed me to move the TV back toward the wall about ten inches – great space saver.

Ottimo, adattatore dall’aspetto solido, il connettore ruota di 360 gradi fruibile per qualsiasi situazione, utilizzato sul tv in modo da nascondere il cavo che altrimenti sporgeva lateralmente. la connessione avviene in maniera solida e non ne permette lo sfilamento del cavo anche se posizionato in basso.Molto soddisfatto.

Clavijas acodadas. Un solución ideal para el que como yo siempre tiene el equipo contra la pared. De est forma y con clavijas toslink o con un simple RCA en angulo consigues ganar un par de centÃmetros y asegurar que en un golpe no te cargues la conexión del amplificador por l parte trasera.

Fonctionne parfaitement.Attention, ce coude ne pivote pas à 360°. Avantage pour ceux qui n’ont pas besoin de cette possibilité : il est beaucoup plus solide lorsque l’on veut le retirer !
