Works really well, instructions aren’t the best though
Installing on my office door was fine but then when it came to setting it up (the finger print scanner) the instructions supplied were very poor and difficult to follow. However, once you download the app you can do everything in there and it made things much easier.
Really happy with the product and does exactly what I need it to.

Is something missing?
I purchased this lock. Works brilliantly. But the instructions state that I would have a key card also. I didn’t get one. Also… there is not where to ask the seller questions. Apart from that I am happy with it. Easy to install. The lock works well

Great locks
Fantastic product bought three of these. Can be a pain to set up but just have to be patient, good value for money and quality is great. Looks good on the doors too can be worked with key, fingerprint or code.

Do not buy, by this…
I do not recommend this product. Easy enough to fit and program but the fingerprint sensing is next to useless. Maybe 1 in 20 attempts were successful. I tried adding the same finger multiple time and adding when moist and dry. It did not work. I returned it and bought:

Good but a few teething problems
The installation instructions were utterly rubbish, missing steps and not very clear, most of it is common sense, but if your not very DIY savey you might find it a little more testing.
So far it’s been tested with finger prints and code, the finger print has only worked for me once but I’ll keep trying maybe I haven’t registered the print firmly enough.
I’ve also tried the pass code and that didn’t seem to work either but I suspect there is a knack to it so I shall keep trying.
The only other thing is that if someone tries to open the door and pushes the handle down it doesn’t return to the standard position, I don’t know if this is a standard feature or fault or maybe the hole drilled is too tight preventing it from popping back up, going to look in to it and find out if this a design feature or fault of either the lock or mine.
Connecting to the app is simple and it connected to the smart life app easily.
When someone tries to enter you can unlock the door using the app by pressing and holding the unlock feature on your phone my only complaint there is that if you have an impatient 13 year trying to get in it seems to take an age and I would have liked it to either be faster or even instant.
I shall update after a few weeks and if things improve I will be getting a second one.

Great but misleading description
Easy installation as it fitted exactly where my old lock had been. Fingerprint reader was unreliable until I registered my thumbprint three times and now it rarely rejects my thumbprint. It also locks automatically 5 seconds after being unlocked which is great as I often forgot to lock the door ð I’ve been able to give my family and neighbours codes to open the door if they need to.
The description is very misleading as it’s only Bluetooth with a range of 10m or less. It is NOT WiFi so can’t be controlled remotely

Ignore Negative Comments
Please please, Ignore all the negative reviews regarding this smart door lock. Iâve been looking around for a smart finger print door lock for a long time and always got put off by the negative reviews. I finally gave in and decided to take a risk on this one since it was the only one that perfectly matched my remaining door handles at home. It was so simple to install and operate and Iâm quite hopeless at any tech related gadgets. Itâs been over a month and the battery is still full, unlike what some of the reviews stated. I will definitely be purchasing more of them for my office.

Good product
Good product when finally installed, although had to send it back and get a replacement due to faulty handle. Installation was fairly simple for someone with very little DIY skills. Silver finish looks lovely on the door and the locking system works perfectly
