this is definitely one, be assured it IS indeed a fan, it becomes quickly obvious that as fans go this is one,it does this ‘thing’ where it blows cool air at you, and not only that, there are THREE speeds!! imagine that?charges quickly and the charge lasts a while, which is always useful I find,it can be hand held or placed on a bench, this is not the only options of course, indeed in the privacy of one’s own home you may operate the device however you wish,Although I can’t imagine it doing well in the bath or the shower.

I ordered it on sale, therefore it is a great price. It feels powerful but not as strong, considering it has 3 speeds and 3 winds. Does have a great cooling effect.Moreover, the battery does last for long. The sound of the fan sounds low, not too deafening.
