Works reliably, straight away, zero fuss
Even before COVID I had a lot of video calls. Now, I spend most of my working day, working from home, on video calls. I was jealous of colleagues who could get up, move around, walk away, even grab a coffee without leaving the call.I was worried about the bluetooth. Iâve always found it unreliable and finnicky. I didnât need to worry. The included dongle is pre paired with the headset (which arrived fully charged).When you plug the dongle in to your machine (a mac in my case) it seems to appear as an external sound card rather than a bluetooth adapter.It just works immediately. No pairing, no clicking, no nothing.The light on the dongle goes red when the headset is muted.I downloaded the desktop app. This immediately updated the software on the headset and dongle, again zero issues.Then I customised the headset with a UK voice (tells you about battery state and muting etc), and tweaked some other settings to taste.It immediately worked with my applications.I love the mono earpiece because I tend to get too loud if I have stereo earpieces in. There is customisable talk back so that you hear your own voice to help with this as well.It drops on to the charging dock easily. For travel a nice little soft bag is included along with a cable. If you forget to charge or are in a no radio area it will work corded via USB.I used to buy Jabra but they kept breaking.Poly is the new name for Plantronics⦠maker of bland but high quality call centre kit for decades.This new model shows that with the new brand theyâre prepared to make a product not only excellent in function, but stylish too.Itâs awesome, Iâm delighted.

Headsets are fab, especially when you spend a lot of time on the phone and need to use a keyboard, take notes etc.Bought a cheapy 30 quid headset and it was fine for occasional use but, on and off the head and moving the boom mic it didn’t last so thought I’d drop the proper money and buy a pro setup. We had these is work and I know Poly (nee Plantronics) were very good kit.Wow, what a difference! Call quality, noise cancelling, EQ, call quality, headset range and, most of all, comfort. I have genuinely left the house with the headset on cause I forgot I was wearing it. Brilliant setup and well worth the investment

Value for moneyGood headset, although background noise in same room can be heard unless noise is totally away from room, it wonât be detected.

These headsets were a huge disappointment. The sound quality was amazing, however, I had many complaints that people could not hear me properly or I sounded echoey. No one could hear me on teams even though I could hear clearly. Was very frustrating and will return.

Si collegano a Samsung S22 in modo immediato. Nessuna disconnessione. Portata ampia in tutta la casa anche attraverso i muri. Audio buono. Soppressione dei rumori sembra buona. Unico neo la pelle dell’aurocolare a contatto con l’orecchio è morbidissima ma un pò calda. Comodissime.

Sehr gutes Headset, ich bin vollauf zufrieden, Ton- und Sprachqualität ist einfach top. Tragequalität ist sehr gut. Das Headset ist sehr bequem zu tragen durch die Posterungen. Die Kopfweiteneinstellung lässt sich leicht einstellen. zudem befindet sich auch an der Kopfhörermuschen ein USB-C Ladeanschluss und kann an jedem Ladegerät geladen werden. Die Ladestation hat ebenfalls ein USB-C Anschluss, sodass ein nurmaler USB Adapter benötigt wird, dieser ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten. Ich habe mir gleich 3 Stück dieser Adapter bei Amazone bestellt und erhalten und funktioniert sehr gut. Kabellänge an der Station beträgt ca. 1m. Ich würde mir das Gerät immer wieder kaufen.
