Cooling and soothing
These gel pads really do help to sooth the itch and bruised feeling of active hemorrhoids and I wish I had discovered them years ago. When sitting or laying they are easy to use, when wandering around not quite so easy but still possible with close fitting underwear. They are very practical, just wash well, dry, refreeze and use again. The little boxes mean that it all feels more hygenic when putting in a freezer with food – if concerned just use a freezer bag as well. They stay soft and pliable when frozen.

Works better than an iced lolly
Great idea and product for those times when only ice will help you get some sleep when the old H’s flare up. Especially when they are thrombosed.Ive been keeping an ice lolly in the freezer to use (one of those in the cardboard packets – just in case you are wondering how it doesn’t drip everywhere ð) but these will work so much better.They are compact and flexible and each come in a closed container. You put them in the freezer an hour before use and they go cold but stay soft so more flexible where you need them.Would have been nice to be able to keep one permanently in the freezer ie double up for emergency burns etc, but I can now throw away that ice lolly before someone eats it…
