Ordered these in July and by Sept they had snapped. Never had this issue with other headsets before. 30 day policy had passes so they would accept a refund. Sound quality is great, build quality is Shocking.

Christmas is here and I had to get these for my brother, I ordered them and had one slight problem but Amazon fixed it immediately. These are so great, the first strap that goes over your head raps around any features on your head like bumps or dents or anything like that, creating a tight fit, the second strap is for stability and structure While still being able to bend. The mic is nice and the sound quality is great, the earbuds its self are big and donât hurt my ears, the cord is long and a really smart cord that comes with a connector and mic and audio adapters. I give this product a 5/5 and WOULD RECOMMEND!!! BUY THIS NOW!!!
