Very good budget/cheap
I have had lots of budget and expensive brand headsets for gaming over the years this sits at the higher end of the cheap headsets. For the price very impressed! Sound quality is average nothing spectacular as you’d expect but easy to determine footstep and shooting direction in 3rd and 1st person shooters. The headset ear pieces block out background noise very well often have to remove when partner is speaking to me.Microphone sounds fine for others on discord and in game.Only downside really is you cannot use the headset whilst its charging on USB need to plug in aux.

Disappointing, donât buy if you want to use with a switch
Bought these for my son to use with his switch as they say they are compatible, they are to a point, that point is you cannot use the microphone, wouldnât have purchased had this been clear. Also, ordered a white set to go with the switch and they are cream, definitely not white, such a shame as they seem sturdy and well made just not what was described⦠unfortunately as it was a present unable to return as ordered quite a few weeks ago in preparation.

I did have a problem with this Headset but …………
I bought this Headset for my Grandson for Christmas! Then after a couple of months it developed a fault the problem then was by now it is end February beginning March, too late, cut off time end January for returning gifts.I wrote a review not expecting anything to be done frankly.Then almost immediately had a lovely email from the company offering to send me a new headset straight away which they did. This service has really restored my faith in Customer Service which has completely disappeared of late. Thank you Leo! Very much appreciated. This Company is definitely recommended by me.

Excellent form, function could be better
Excellently presented product, the construction is good enough for the price, and it’s also very easy to set up. Points that potential buyers may find (and I certainly would have found) useful: there’s no spring in the headset, so you might find it necessary to change how it sits on your head depending on whether you’re looking forward (monitors) or down (desk), as it will potentially slip; button volume control isn’t intuitive, it increases/decreases in larger increments depending on whether you click faster/hold longer.Amusingly, if you accidentally try to plug the microphone into the 3.5 audio on the headset (both on the same side), it will switch the headphones off.
