Good Headset!
So first off the headset is great.I like how it doesn’t go on top of your head (gamer dent)The only issues I find is the minimum volume control on the mic is still pretty loud so expect to be turning everything down in settings, the mute works but you can’t tell weather you are muted or not since there is no visual or audio difference.The headset goes into usb which isn’t that bad but it means I can’t plug it into my speakers box and has to use up a usb slot on pc.The mic can be a little quiet.I’m happy with this headset it beats most my other headsets in an overall factor, If there was another like this with a mic that could fix some of the issues I’d love an upgrade but for now this is perfect!

Mic broken within 2 months
I purchased this headset mid-August, and while the sound quality of the mic wasn’t great, not many headsets go around the back of your neck. Unfortunately, as of the 4th November, the microphone is already completely dead, after a few days of it clinging on for dear life and making me do pretty good robot impressions.It it worked for more than 6 weeks it would be a good little headset, but that’s a ridiculously short shelf-life even for crap amazon goods.

Good, but reliability issues are a problem
The item is foldable and easy to store, and the cable is braided, so it shouldn’t fray. Sound quality is reasonably good, but not the best. Volume controls and the mute button work as expected.The foam ear pads are so-so ð. I upgraded the foam ear pads with the following Amazon product: “Yizhet 1 Pair Round Ear Pads 55mm Universal Replacement Earpads”. The replacement pads are a TIGHT fit, and may not be to everyone’s liking, but the noise-insulating effect is very good. Perfect for blocking out your noisy coworkers ð¤ªMay 2025 update: I am on my third Prosound headset, because the microphone stops working after a while. It’s a shame ð

Not a bad solution for the office
Very clear call quality when using Teams calls in an office environment

Work well and more comfortable than over-the-head headset
These earphones function really well for Teams calls at work. I bought them to replace the conventional headset I was supplied with for office use which goes over the top of the head and I found uncomfortable when wearing for a few hours each day. This one goes around the back of the neck and the earphones rest on the ears instead, which I personally find much more comfortable. Sound and mic quality all good. The only issue is the little foam cover for the mic which fell off almost immediately and I nearly lost it. Now superglued on and having no other issues! Definitely worth the money.

It will stop working, No customer Support, Don’t Buy
Mic just stopped working after 2-3 months, until which it worked fine, tried so many ways to reach their support team thinking they must have had warranty but i can’t find any contact to reach them

Pointless
Uses a connector meant for mobile devices (usb c) but requires power from the device it connects too (i.e. a computer). The leaflet that comes with it claims that it’s compatible with android but it clearly isn’t compatible with most devices that use android. If I wanted a microphone for my computer I would have bought one with a standard USB connector. I had really hoped this would be a wired external microphone that I could use with my Pixel 3, with headphones (or at least one headphone), rather than the noisy microphones that are built into most wired headphones. Seems I have to keep choosing between noise from my wired headphones mic and latency from my Bluetooth headphones mic for now. Very disappointing. I’ve given this two stars instead of one just in case the microphone is actually decent, but I don’t have the cable to connect this to my PC to find out. Pointless device really.
