Was looking for a head set to use with teams, didnât expect to get some by Dell. But was very surprised after watching some reviews. Had them for 6 weeks, no real complaints.Only thing I wish was ANC on ear phones was a bit stronger. Can still hear co workers on their calls. Otherwise they are very nice!

The noise cancelling is great and they are very comfortable. Only real complaint is that the mic volume is pretty low. I really need to speak up in order to be heard.

I’ve had to return so many Amazon headphones. No lie. Probably at least 20 in the last 2 months. So good thing the return program is good. I am desperately looking for a wireless headset with Bluetooth or a dongle for my laptop. I need it because I work in a busy call center environment from home. Which means that my dogs barking and the TV and my husband coughing. Everything. I need something that muffles the background noise. Every single pair of headphones I’ve purchased guarantee that they block out 99% of background noise. Not true! Buyer beware. These are not a good option. If you’ve got any background noise you’re not going to be happy.
