Excellent, especially for travel photo backup. Best smallest solution for me yet!
Was unsure about this product as I have tried many solutions only for them not to work. When I travel, after several SD card corruptions, I always backup my photos when I get the chance on the road. Currently I use the RavPower Filehub, which has been great for many years now. Prior to this I used the Kingston MobileLite G2. It works and I am somewhat happy with it, but is a bit slow (UHS I compatible and slow USB) and a bit larger than I would like for backpacking.I have cameras that use UHS-II SD cards. I also take pix on my phones. I want all these backed up. My plan was to buy a large capacity micro SD card to use as backup to store all my photos and videos in one place. I needed a device capable of UHS-II speeds AND one that copied directly from SD card to SD card without copying to phone 1st (I have used a few device where this was evident and thus SLOW). I was then going to use my mobile phone as the interface to copy and manage all data.This JJC product has type C, micro-USB and type A USB. I only needed the OTG Type-C connection, but the other are useful.Everything worked flawlessly. I plugged the device into my phones and It read and copied my UHS-II cards at the required speeds. I used a file manager app to simply copy all files from one place to another. The process was quite quick. Very helpful was the “recent” or “new files” folder of this app. Any duplicates could be skipped.I would ideally prefer to copy to a flash drive or SSD and the process could be automated. However, I refuse to pay obscene amounts for dedicated rugged SSD backup solutions (one of which is now dead now). Even the Filehub was bordering on expensive when I bought it on discount. So for £16 I bought the JJC for I was not expecting much but I was thoroughly by it for this niche use.The device is tiny and light. For a backpacker, this is a Godsend. The space it takes up is minimal (slightly larger than my fore finger). Despite the FileHub having other travel friendly advantages, I will not be taking it with me anymore. I was ecstatic at the whole process. If I want a somewhat proper backup, I shall buy another large capacity SD card to backup the backup card to. Very tempted to buy another in case this one goes wrong.I did my backups on the plane, on bus, on the train, on the beach…all inconspicuously. When I got back all my photos were in one place, so I transferred all to my main computer quite quickly.FYI…..I used 2 Fuji X cameras and 2 mobile phones (Sony Xperia 1 iii & LG V30). Everything worked for me. Speeds were what was expected. As of now, this is the best, smallest solution for my travel needs….but I am always on the search for improvements.

Cheap but mighty
I was looking for a UH-II adapter for maximised speed transfer for my 1tb micro sd card. Most of them were pushing £40, which is just way to expensive.This one os less than half the price, and what more comes as both a USB-C and USB 3 connectors.Works like a charm

It came in a box that had a foam cut out for it. Straight away it impressed me. It is metal and in a silver/grey and looks attractive. Used to test several UHS II cards with H2testW. Card reader is fast and I am extremely happy with it.

C’est le meilleur lecteur de cartes que j’ai jamais eu. Les transferts sont très rapides en UHS II, au maximum de la capacité des cartes (écriture à 80 Mo/s avec des V60, plus de 100Mo/s avec des V90, lecture à plus de 300Mo/s). L’objet en lui-même parait qualitatif, il est en aluminium et non en plastique. Les caches des fiches USB tiennent bien en place. Mes anciens lecteurs font pâle figure à côté.
